Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration, vendor coordination, expense management, procurement, and basic IT hardware handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage office administration activities.
• Handle office expense sheets, invoices, bills, and petty cash records.
• Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, pantry items, and housekeeping requirements.
• Manage procurement of office stationery, pantry supplies, and other operational necessities.
• Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the office premises.
• Maintain inventory records for office assets and supplies.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for basic hardware requirements such as laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories.
• Track and maintain hardware allocation and asset records.
• Support employee onboarding by arranging workspace, systems, and office requirements.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility-related activities.
• Maintain administrative documents, agreements, and records.
• Assist management with various administrative and operational tasks.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Experience in maintaining expense records and billing documentation.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and IT assets.
• Knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in IT company administration will be preferred.
• Familiarity with asset management and office operations.

Role Overview:

As a back-end engineer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the platform/dashboard backend. This would involve developing & maintaining RESTful services for vulnerability management, scan orchestration, inventory management and platform features such as on-boarding, trust centers, certificates, payment integrations, vulnerability ingestion, authentication etc. 

You should have a strong background in backend programming (Symfony preferred, or Laravel) and have experience with an event driven, async & distributed architecture. 

During the first 6 months of your role, you will be involved in the 0->1 journey of two of our upcoming products in our platform along with the respective product owners.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Symfony PHP framework. What you create is also what you own.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Collaborate with scanner teams to orchestrate scans, ingest vulnerabilities, configure scanners etc.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and reliability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Triage, troubleshoot and upgrade existing systems.
• Ship code to production multiple times a day/week.
• Ensure timely delivery of the features.
• Test your own features, and write test cases for continuous automated testing.

What we are looking for:

• 3 years experience in a similar role or similar working experience.
• Strong background in PHP backend programming. Symfony preferred, or Laravel.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with an event driven (subscribers/listeners), async (MessageHandlers & job queues) & distributed (load-balanced) architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database and data modeling.

📍 About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Demand Generation Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving lead generation activities, qualifying prospects using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework, and supporting sales efforts through quality pipeline creation. You will work closely with both Sales and Marketing teams to generate interest, identify opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.

Role & Responsibilities: As a lead, you will help address various customer’s problems  - Identifying the applications which can be transformed to cloud, identifying the security vulnerabilities to reduce the business risk, assist Customer modernize their applications by providing MRI like visibility of the software in assessing the complexity, functionality etc, identifying the productivity of the vendor teams to help optimize the efficient use of budget, identifying regulatory requirements like storage of personal data in the applications and help business to be compliant and various other use cases.

Role combines a thorough understanding of the product and recommending the CAST solutions.

• Lead project teams in all technical aspects of project execution, by giving guidance to consultants and project stakeholders, by delivering advanced technical configuration of CAST products
• Should able to analyze an enterprise application using AIP platform of all the phases in the product life cycle
• Work in complete autonomy to deliver project deliverables, for advanced technical deliverables, with required level of quality
• Understand and interpret the various CAST metrics to customers in solving specific use case of CAST customers
• Must have troubleshooting skills
• Able to proactively identify risks related to application /deliverables and propose a mitigation plan
• Capable to execute Pilots and Assessments
• Take responsibility for analyzing a customer application using the CAST product to provide end to end process including the customer process and communication
• Provide custom solutions to customer requirements
• In synchronization with Project Manager, detect potential risks and issues, engage and track remediation plans. Contribute proactively to designing remediation plan for Senior level.
• Contribute to improvement of internal process, tooling and quality process
• Design, build and collect technical materials as part of project executions in a spirit of reusability for future engagements and maintain knowledge on best practices, tools and reusable components for CAST analysis

Experience of the AD world, excellent problem solving & solution-oriented skills, communication skills and a very strong drive are key characteristics for success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a technical discipline; a master’s degree would be a plus
• Effective communication skills in English is mandatory for non-native English speakers (oral and written)
• Minimum 8+ years of technical consultancy experience software development / software implementation in the software industry
• Strong technical expertise and experience in either J2EE or .NET and one of the common databases such as Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) including an ability to communicate effectively at senior levels within client organizations
• Strong knowledge of the AD ‘world’ is mandatory
• Ability to work independently toward stated business goals
