We are hiring Contract Quality Analysts for the locations listed below in Punjab. 

Locations: Ludhiana

Key Responsibilities:

Observe and assess workshops and counselling sessions as per our quality framework 

Offer regular, structured feedback to counsellors based on evaluations  

Analyse evaluation data and provide regular quality reports to the management

Provide personalized career guidance to students as per our framework

Maintain accurate student records and adhere to privacy standards.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in counseling and group facilitation.

Prior teaching or classroom management experience.

Teachers' training experience (preferred).

Strong communication skills in both English and Punjabi.

Ability to do basic data analysis and prepare insightful reports

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Counseling, Psychology, Education). A Master’s degree is preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in career counseling, teaching, or related fields.

Knowledge of career development theories and local labor market trends.

Certification in career counseling or related fields (preferred).

Willingness to travel as required by the role.

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above in computer and related majors

2. More than 8+ years of iOS development experience, proficient in OC/Swift language

3. Have good architecture and interface design capabilities, understand object-oriented design and design patterns, and be able to implement reusable components with high quality

4. Familiar with performance optimization, familiar with Frameworks-related core libraries, multi-threading, data storage, network communication and other underlying principles

5. Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, quick learning ability, stress resistance, communication and collaboration skills

6. Applicants with experience in large-scale first-line Internet product development will be given priority

7. Applicants with development experience in large-scale project performance optimization, engineering efficiency optimization, cross-platform solutions, etc. will be given priority

8. Be familiar with one or more third-party source codes. You need to be familiar with and understand the design patterns and runtime source codes.

• Conceptualize from scratch our multi pronged marketing strategy - SEO (blog, newsletter), social media (linkedin, twitter), community, education (webinars, podcasts), partnerships etc
• Understand our user/buyer persona, empathize with them, conceptualize relevant content topics, and work with content writers to push high quality content on various platforms
• Identify the right keywords for Zenskar to optimize on - both head, and long tail
• Iterate to figure out the correct tone for our social media communication, and build relevant audience on social platforms
• Reach out to industry influencers, collaborate with them and organize webinars, podcasts etc with the intent to establish Zenskar as an authority in the industry
• Create a vibrant community of our user and buyer persona, with the intent to help solve the problems they face on a daily basis
• Hire as the team grows and mentor junior folks

• Responsible for understanding functional and business requirements and translate them into effective code
• Provide support till deployment of code into production.
