• Drive cost optimization and scalability initiatives across multi-cloud environments.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization Set up and maintain system performance monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack. Implement alerting and automated remediation strategies for zero-downtime operations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and performance tuning for systems handling millions of transactions per second.
• Security & Compliance Apply DevSecOps principles across all environments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations (SEBI and global standards) and maintain audit trails.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in DevOps, with exposure to leadership or team mentoring.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration. Solid experience with Terraform, Helm, and IaC principles.
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls). Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go) for automation. Understanding of security best practices, IAM, and compliance frameworks.

Good to Have

• Exposure to ultra-low-latency trading infrastructure or high-frequency trading systems.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol, FPGA acceleration, or network optimization techniques.

NOTE- This is a contractual role for a period of 3-6 months.

We are seeking an accomplished DevOps Lead with 12+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, Blockchain, and CI/CD processes. The DevOps Lead will play a pivotal role in architecting scalable cloud environments, driving automation, ensuring secure deployments, and enabling efficient software delivery pipelines. The role involves working with AWS, Huawei Cloud, Kubernetes, Terraform, blockchain-based infrastructure, and modern DevOps toolchains while providing leadership, technical guidance, and client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

● Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers, setting technical direction and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Infrastructure Automation & Management

CI/CD & Automation

● Implement blue-green / canary deployments and ensure zero downtime release strategies.

Azure DevOps engineer should have a deep understanding of container principles and hands-on experience with Docker. 

They should also be able to set-up and manage clusters using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Additionally, understanding of API management, Azure Key-Vaults, ACR, networking concepts like virtual networks, subnets, NSG, route tables. Awareness of any one of the software like Apigee, Kong, or APIM in Azure is a must. Strong experience with IaC technologies like Terraform, ARM/ Bicep Templates, GitHub Pipelines, Sonar etc.

• Designing DevOps strategies: Recommending strategies for migrating and consolidating DevOps tools, designing an Agile work management approach, and creating a secure development process

• Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, Linux/Unix administration, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, PHP, Groovy, Bash.

• Experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis.
