Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized MIS Executive to join our team. This role will primarily focus on managing Management Information Systems (MIS) tasks, vendor management, invoicing processes, stakeholder coordination, and Learning Management System (LMS) administration. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS Reporting and Analysis:

·      Prepare and manage regular reports and dashboards related to L&D

·      Conduct data analysis and provide insights on various operational areas.

·      Ensure accuracy and consistency of MIS reports and provide recommendations for process improvements

·      Maintain and update database systems to ensure data integrity and ensure green audit

Vendor Management:

·      Coordinate and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth and efficient operations

·      Assist in vendor selection, negotiations and managing contracts

·      Track and monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to agreements

·      Resolve any vendor-related issues or disputes in a timely manner

·      Liaise with vendors to source training requirements

Invoicing:

·      Process invoices for various business transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

·      Coordinate with the finance department to ensure payments are processed on time

·      Manage and maintain records of invoices, payments, and any other related documentation

·      Assist with financial reporting related to invoicing and payments.

Stakeholder Coordination:

·      Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

·      Ensure effective communication between stakeholders for seeking nominations for our calendarized training programs, projects

·      Coordinate with participants to ensure timelines, deliverables and updates

·      Maintain and update relevant project documents and reports for stakeholders

·      Send calendar invites and reminders to participants

·      Track completion of mandatory compliance training

·      Follow-up with defaulters and ensure completion within timelines

·      Escalating issues beyond influence

LMS Management:

·      Oversee the administration and functionality of the Learning Management System (LMS).

·      Upload monthly calendars, monitor training programs, user access, track feedback, and course completion.

·      Liaise with LMS backend team for troubleshooting

·      Provide support to employees for LMS-related queries and issues

·      Analyze LMS data to generate reports on employee training progress and completion rates

Others:

·      Prepare creatives/artwork for org-wide mailer communication

Required Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree in any field

·      Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role, preferably with exposure to vendor management and invoicing

·      Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and basic HR software.

·      Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of database management systems is a plus.

·      Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

·      Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·      Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans for EMC Products, Resistors, Heating elements and other products in company product line-up to meet defined revenue targets.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Independently source new business opportunities
• Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor analysis and research market trends to adjust pricing strategies and product positioning.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive, tailored product demonstrations and proposals to high-ticket decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, etc.).
• Performance Analytics: Track and report on KPIs such as lead conversion rates, demo-to-close ratios, and ROI of marketing spend using CRM and analytics tools. 
• Being in update ongoing & upcoming defence projects and finding opportunities with DRDOs, PSUs (BEL,BEML,ECIL,HAL,HVF,etc), Other defence equipment manufacturing companies to Pitch our products for their application.

SAP BW/4HANA (Data Migration + ABAP) Consultant

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced SAP BW/4HANA Consultants with strong expertise in Data Migration and ABAP development for our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP BW/4HANA implementation, data modeling, data extraction, and custom ABAP development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP BW/4HANA data models (ADSO, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views)
• Perform data migration activities including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)
• Develop and enhance ABAP programs, routines, and enhancements in BW
• Work on DataSources, InfoPackages, DTPs, and Process Chains
• Handle data reconciliation and validation during migration cycles
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for requirement gathering

• Good ABAP development skills in BW context

• Strong expertise in BW/4HANA architecture and data modeling
• Experience leading migration activities
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting expertise

Good to Have

• Experience in S/4HANA Migration (Brownfield/Greenfield)
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Exposure to AMDP / HANA SQL
• Agile project experience
