Home Ninjas are a skilled team of professionals who work a few hours each day from the comfort of their homes, specializing in process mapping using our Gen AI powered Digital Blueprint software.

We provide comprehensive training on the Digital Blueprint software and the best practices for creating effective process maps.

Eligibility to Become a Home Ninja:

A graduate with English language proficiency and logical reasoning skills.

Prior experience in operations roles within banks or insurance companies is a plus.

• Candidates with good experience with SDLC
• Minimum 3+ years of hard core coding experience is mandatory
• Excellent hands on coding in Java, J2EE, Spring, Struts

•  You should have deep understanding of NodeJS
•  You should be strong in Javascript and TypeScript
•  You should be capable of writing complex queries
•  ES6, Express, Apollo Server, Send Grid Email, Twilio SMS, Payment
• Gateway,
• Error Loggin, API Developement, API Security,
• PostGreSQL/MSSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/CouchDB
• Very good knowledge on REST API
• Good experience in Agile methodologies
• Ability to design and write code complying with coding standards

• You should have strong logical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills
• AWS certification is nice to have
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript and good to have

• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems,

Desired Candidate Profile

• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it

• Experience in a scrum master role
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
• Scrum Master certification is a plus
