Responsibilities

·       Capture brand guidelines

·       Manage day to day communication

·       Align production with factory on the client order generated

·       Align billing and payments submission and follow up

·       Generate monthly and quarterly projection

·       Travel for client meeting and on site quality check

• Listing & uploading catalogues & product on international eCommerce portals like Amazon, eBay, Shopify website etc.
• Monitor and optimize live listings and make suggestions to improve listing performance.

• Monitor all dispatches for orders placed through marketplaces.

• Responsible for ideating offers, events, promotions for Affiliate partners for maximum revenue generation
• Consistently keep creating backlinks through other available resources.
• Design automated Email strategy and work with the team in designing those emails.
• Formulate, execute and analyze Facebook and Google Ad campaigns.
• Analyze Google analytics and search console pages and recommend updates to website.

• Responsible for implementation of daily action plans with the teams and continuously optimizing the plans.
• Ability to identify opportunity areas to grow the business.
• Responsible for managing the listings and orders on different e-commerce marketplace channels.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years’ experience in E-commerce required.
• Should have a strong understanding of all SEO best practices such as SEO friendly site architecture, tags, coding, site speed optimization, link building & more.
• Basic HTML knowledge a plus.
• Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytic Suite.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work within time constraints.
• Pro-active work ethic. Able to self-check work and take initiative. Detail-oriented.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design projects.
• High proficiency in Figma is a must. The candidate should be able to create complex design systems, use auto-layout effectively, and leverage Figma's interactive components for prototyping.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the design process from ideation to development; including wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and final implementation.
• Experience in conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability studies. The ability to empathize with users, understand their problems, and translate their needs into effective UI/UX solutions.
• Demonstrable skills in ideation, sketching, and creating low-fidelity wireframes for early-stage idea exploration.
• It is an added advantage to have familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for close collaboration with our development team.
• A keen understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. You should be able to create designs that work well on any device and screen size.
• Excellent visual design skills, including but not limited to, composition, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis and assess user feedback to deliver world-class design solutions.
• Demonstrated experience using data, user feedback, and market analysis to inform design decisions.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating design decisions to team members and stakeholders.
• Experience using additional design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools.
• Certification in UX design from a reputable institution.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

We at Noise.com are looking for an experienced, Tech Lead who has hands-on experience of mobile apps development to be part of our team. We need someone with expert-level technical skills and expertise, who can manage a fully functional web and app development team, maintain impeccable quality standards and optimize functions accordingly throughout the completion of the app project. Profile summary: 

• Managing the entire product life cycle - conceptualization, design, development, Q/A, maintenance, and new version upgradation

• Good knowledge of Ruby,Node.js, React Native, Android/iOS App development, Firebase, and web services (Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, OOA, OOD, DS, DB Concepts) 

• Work closely with stakeholders on website, app, and internal product planning and execution.

• Provide technical leadership in the end to end design, development, and testing of solutions

• Keep up to date on cutting edge technologies and effectively incorporate that knowledge to our platform roadmap, design, and implementation

• Sound Knowledge of testing methodologies including automation testing

• Handle and address any issues regarding the development: technical difficulty or team management & get all issues resolved by coordinating with other technical experts or if required by any other department for the same

• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/consultants/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Maintaining an Agile environment and meeting the product delivery deadlines

• Lead and manage the day to day activities of their team

• Establish and maintain a proper communication channel among all the stakeholders and report and escalate the same to management as needed

• Tracking the status of the team's work and ensuring deliverables are produced on agreed schedules in coordination with the other stakeholders

• Conduct project risk identification and mitigation action planning

• Conduct module-level work effort estimations and integrate for the whole system  

• Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports

• Should have at least 3.5+ years of experience in mobile application development experience with at least two apps that are on the app store that you are proud to discuss with us
