The ideal candidate should be passionate about video editing, with a strong focus on creating engaging content for short-form videos, reels, and podcasts. This role requires the ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos, including reels, shorts, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Assist in on-site video shoots, ensuring all footage is captured according to project requirements.
• Perform basic color correction, sound editing, and graphic integration to enhance video quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and tools to continuously improve content quality.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing short-form content, reels, and podcasts.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and the type of content that performs well on each.
• Ability to work on-site as needed, with flexibility for occasional travel.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in basic motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with audio editing software for podcast production.
• Understanding of color grading and sound design.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and arrange senior executives travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage correspondence flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage the MDs calendar and set up meetings
• Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Help prepare for meetings and accurately record the minutes from meetings.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all maters pertaining to the Company and all the senior executives.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4 - 8 years experience in a similar role reporting directly to upper management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet etc) with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Familiar with international travel arrangements
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge

Typical work week look like:

• Ideation and Brainstorming- Brainstorming and designing new features for our SaaS platform based on research, tech requirements, and feature requests. Lots of white-boarding, paper scribbles, and ideas!

• Dev Support- Communicating with web developers, including providing input on any needed digital enhancements

• Manage the Brand Guidelines and Visuals- Designing and managing the information architecture for the marketing website and product, drafting information flows and designing wireframes, mockups and prototypes. Branding and Illustrations for OnlineSales.ai and its marketing website or any events the company will be showcased in.

Our ideal candidate should have:

• 4+ years of work experience in designing digital products or experiences

• Relevant Degree/Diploma or experience/certification in Product or Experience design

• Great understanding of user-centric design, responsive design and designing for web

• Good communication skills

• Software skills - Adobe CC or similar. Any tool you are comfortable with to design and prototype.

• Any experience in digital marketing is a plus.

• Good to have knowledge of CSS, HTML - we work hand in hand with developers.
