Job Purpose:

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. The role involves driving employee engagement, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management within the assigned business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Strategic HR Partnership

·        Act as the single point of contact for the leadership team and employees in the assigned business unit.

·        Understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support growth and performance.

·        Translate business needs into HR solutions, and proactively provide data-driven insights.

2.   Talent Management

·        Support workforce planning, succession planning, and internal mobility.

·        Identify talent gaps and build plans to bridge them through development or recruitment.

·        Manage end-to-end performance management cycle: goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and feedback sessions.

3.   Employee Relations & Engagement

·        Build a strong employee connect and proactively resolve grievances, concerns, or conflicts.

·        Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to drive motivation and retention.

·        Act as a custodian of company culture and core values.

4.   HR Operations & Compliance

·        Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented and followed consistently.

·        Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements.

·        Partner with HR CoEs (TA, L&D, C&B, etc.) to ensure efficient execution of HR programs.

5.   Data & Analytics

·        Use HR analytics to monitor key metrics like attrition, absenteeism, engagement, etc.

·        Provide actionable insights to business and HR leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

·        MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.

·        2–10 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR Generalist role.

·        Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

·        Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·        Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

·        Ability to influence leadership and drive change initiatives.

• Excellent client interfacing skills / working with IT as well as business stakeholders and writing technical design documents.
• Should be able to review the requirements and design with business and also provide estimates for various enhancements on integrations
• Hands-on experience in data migration/integration methods SOAP and Rest web services, FBDI, BIP, and HDL.
• Hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation experience.
• Good to Have:
• Should have excellent skills in Webservice technologies such as XML / XPATH / XSLT / SOAP / WSDL / XSD / JSON and REST Technologies

Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in developing declarative and component-based SPAs using Vue.js. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Expertise in Vue.js, including Vuex for state management and Vue Router for navigation. Strong understanding of Java and experience with Spring Boot framework. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Knowledge of Spring Security framework for implementing authentication and authorization in Spring-based applications. Experience with Keycloak and access management solutions for securing web applications. Understanding of OAuth and OpenID Connect protocols for single sign-on (SSO) authentication. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Engineering (computer/telecommunications)

· Must have at least 5 years of extensive experience in Object-oriented programming specifically on JAVA/J2EE

· Has knowledge or relevant work experience in any of the following programming languages or technologies: Java/J2EE, C++, C, XML/XHTML or CGI-Python.

· Must have sufficient knowledge of Object-oriented programming concepts
