Role Overview

We’re hiring a Fundraising & Investor Relations Associate who will be responsible for independently managing and executing 3-4 fundraising processes end-to-end. The ideal candidate will already have a strong network of VCs and angel investors and be able to open relevant doors for our founder and client startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of VC and angel investors relevant to our portfolio and internal needs
• Set up and coordinate investor meetings for the founder and client leadership
• Craft compelling investor collateral – decks, teasers, financial snapshots, etc.
• Lead and execute 3-4 end-to-end fundraising processes (from prospecting to closure)
• Maintain and update investor CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
• Support due diligence coordination and data room management
• Stay updated with current funding trends and active investors in the Indian and global ecosystem

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in startup fundraising, investment banking, or venture advisory
• Proven track record of successful fundraise closures (at least 3-4 deals)
• Strong network of active angels, micro-VCs, and institutional funds
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in a consulting firm/startup ecosystem is a plus

You will be responsible for:

• Running Outreach Campaigns to acquire new leads and qualify them.
• Discover and hunt new target prospects.
• Facilitating product demonstrations and technical audits.
• You will own the responsibility for building a healthy sales pipeline and meeting quarterly and annual lead targets. 
• You must be able to collaborate within a team environment while holding yourself accountable to the highest of standards.

Here is how you will continuously add value to the organisation:

• Research and identify new business prospects; identify trends in the creator economy to discover new developers building for creators.
• Identify ways of connecting with these prospects to discuss business opportunities.

• Manage the CRM and log deal data accordingly.
• Attend and participate in weekly sales team meetings.

Job Requirements:

We are looking for someone with:

• 1-3 years of B2B SaaS or Developer Tool Sales experience
• Sales experience in an early-stage startup
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to build a career in sales

• Experience : 3-6 years
  Experience in developing full-stack applications at scale
• Should have experience in any of the front-end frameworks like React, Angular, BackboneJS, Ext, etc, and HTML/CSS/Bootstrap.
• Experience in backend technologies like NodeJS, Python, GOLANG, REST web services and Java(OOPS, Collections, DB Access) or any other technology.
•  Hands on experience in JavaScript Concepts (OO-JS, Closures, Unit Testing, Module Patterns etc)
• Good to have skills like REST, Bootstrap, UI Components, CI/CD, NoSQL based DB is added advantage.
• Experience with advanced CSS programming using LESS or SASS is a plus.
• Expertise in of server side technologies and SQL/NoSQL is a plus.
• Experience of JavaScript testing frameworks like Karma, Mocha, Jest etc.
• It involves design the software system, Select algorithms, theories or technologies that will be used for BUSINESS Applications
• Contribute to software development design discussions for new features and new product development
• Strong Problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot applications & environment issues
• Adaptability, ability to learn faster, Independent, responsible and diligent.
• Good team spirit and interpersonal skills, Excellent Written, Verbal, communication skills, Analytical skills & Business Thinking.

Ideally, you know how to write unit tests and maybe even better write them in TDD. You have knowledge in agile methodologies such as Scrum. You know about GIT and the use of continuous integration tools. You have developed single page JS applications end to end.

Candidate should have a bachelor or Master technical degree or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge in software engineering. Proactive Self Starter, creative thinker in designing, developing and supporting applications. Work as part of cross functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process.

Skills:

Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL.
