The work life of HR Recruiter would be:

● Candidates will be responsible for Third party recruitment.

● You will be responsible for Screening, Sourcing, shortlisting, Interviewing the candidates

● Exclusive usage of portals like Shine.com, Naukri.com and other social media postings on Facebook, LinkedIn and referral hirings.

● Optimum data utility for the sourced CVs.

● Must be able to work on MS Excel and good knowledge of MS office. The applicant must know:

● Proven experience as a Recruiter

● Excellent knowledge and understanding of different job portals

● Sound communication and ability to to understand company requirements

● Immediate joiner to max 15 days is appreciated

● Industry experience minimum 1 years

Key Skills Required:

• 3-8 years of Experience in Java Product Development.
• Good understanding of MYSQL.
• Practitioner of clean code and SOLID principles
• Exposure to GIT and Maven
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Understands different major language paradigms (Object Oriented and Functional)
• Understanding and Experience with Multi-Threaded Applications
• Prior Experience in a SAAS Product company is a Plus 
• Experience with Managing Team is a plus

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from Tier 1 College is a Plus.

• Support and lead a team of product designers, by applying your expertise in strategic design methods and efficient design processes, across a multi-disciplinary team (UX, UX research, IxD, UI, VD, Graphics, etc) Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
• A key contributor to product team working closely with PM and key stakeholders (product, engineering, data science, sales, marketing & PR) to define a long term strategy that delivers on the vision
• Be able to deliver value for end-to-end user experience design with a focus on interaction design and visual design.
• Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate design strategies and detailed interaction models
• Be accountable for the system designs within the scope of your team to fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements, that enables building a scalable and reliable product
• Bring predictability & visibility of the team’s delivery to all relevant stakeholders, which includes making complex technological context more accessible to improve the quality of decision making
• Continually research the user experience through interviews/systematic feedback from internal/external customers to dive into root problems and uncover opportunities to improve our product
• Responsible for building & growing the design team - skills development, personal development, mentoring & leadership growth
• Work towards inculcating a Design Thinking culture within the team.

• Experience managing a design project from start to finish
• Ability to communicate effectively to different audiences within the organization
• A keen sense of design - both interaction design and visual design
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Sketch and InVision)
• Experience developing UX wireframes, interactive prototypes and mock-ups
• Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Can get hands dirty with all parts of the design process
• Understanding of influencer marketing space is a good to have

Responsibilities:

• Design and build beautiful UI using the Angular framework
• Work closely with the UX and visual design team to build a highly engaging UI that predicts and exceeds user expectations
• Work closely with product management team to understand user needs; participate in process definition and technology selection to ensure appropriate testing of UIs
• Develop the UI using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript to create great product experiences
• Build RESTful APIs that interface with the Cohesity backend systems
• Develop and Debug end to end from UI to the backend

Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record of building high performance consumer web applications or services.

• good exposure in front end ui frameworks like reactjs, angular.

• thorough knowledge of html, css and javascript.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing Web Applications/ Rest Apis/ Automation Scripts.
• Design, Develop, Enhance and test Back End Web Modules using Nodejs, Nestjs Framework, Mongo DB.
• Research and explore existing solutions, competition to get a holistic understanding of the design and development.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with various teams for effective outcomes.
• Meet deadlines in a high intensity work environment.
• Write Highly scalable and stable code.
• Pick up any project & amp; suggest a solution for completing it.
• Write production ready code with minimal bugs.
• Review other engineers' code and provide constructive feedback.
• Help grow the engineering team through involvement in the technology community (conferences, meetups, blog posts, open-source projects, etc) and referrals.
• Monitor changes in production & amp; rollback if necessary.
• Pair often and provide some guidance to more junior engineers.
