Role Description

We are looking for a Key Sales Manager to join our team at iTech Ecommerce Pvt. Ltd. This is a fulltime, on-field sales role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing B2B leads, as well as acquiring new clients to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, generate, and manage new B2B leads

 Build and maintain strong client relationships

 Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Lead the core Engineering activities in an Agile model
• Participate in the overall design and development discussions
• Work closely with the Product Management team to establish product and engineering roadmaps.
• Provide architectural and technical guidance to the team and ensure they follow sound engineering practices
• Demonstrate accountability towards intended business outcomes, by working with product management and other functional teams.
• Evaluating Salesforce Standard vs Custom solutions and guide the team.
• Lead the Salesforce implementation related to marketing, sales and order management processes.

Person Specification:

• 10+ years of overall SDLC experience with 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
• Implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud.
• Hands-on with experience with Apex, Lightning web component and REST API programmatic solutions.
• Strong command of Salesforce best practices
• Strong web development skills (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Experience developing the usage/subscription based billing for SaaS products.
• Salesforce certifications
• Strong in CS fundamentals (object oriented analysis, data structures, algorithms)
• Knowledge of Finance & Operations concepts
• Salesforce integration experience with NetSuite, Jira etc.

Minimum 5+ years in react

Must have worked on desktop application

Must have worked in frontend and backend both

5+ years of experience with React js, work closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive, and interactive interfaces across multiple devices; experience with Electron js framework is a plus.

Required Skills: GSM, Linux, Networking, infrastructure, VOIP, PHP, Perl, SIP, troubleshooting, Python,HTML

• 5+ years of solid experience as an Asterisk Developer
• Must be proficient at developing software using a scripting language. A distinct advantage if you have experience using Python
• Sound knowledge of Asterisk Installation, Configuration, Dialplan, Call troubleshooting (SIP, ISDN)
• Solid experience of working With Linux Operating Systems
• Good understanding of VoIP, SIP, SS7.
