Data Engineer

Position: Finance Lead

Remote role

Responsibilities:

MIS (Internal & External)

1. Collate the incoming revenues through all sources namely sales, renewals, supplement sales,

Ecommerce sales and keep the revenue data update on a timely basis.

2. Collate all the expenses and outgoings in an organized manner.

3. Ensure that all expenses/outgoings are properly supported by invoices and necessary

approvals.

4. Prepare and maintain Profit and Loss (P& L) accounts and analyze financial performance.

5. Prepare and publish MIS reports for management, founders, investors and other

stakeholders to support decision making.

Payments & Compliances

6. Ensure timely payouts to Doctors/Vendors.

7. Ensure timely Statutory payments like TDS, PF, PT and filing of GST /TDS returns etc.

8. Verify the revenues earned by Sales and Services team for disbursing their incentives.

9. Advise and ensure legal compliances with respect to Companys business.

Budgeting and Forecasting

10. Periodically prepare Revenue and Expenses estimates and assist in Budgeting and

forecasting.

11. Conduct Revenue and cost analysis and advise on burn reduction and business process

efficiencies.

Audits

12. SPOC for internal and External audits and ensure correctness of data at all times.

Dashboards

13. Publish monthly Dashboards for investors founders and marketing teams review and

decision making.

Vendor & Inventory Management

14. Coordinate with vendors on stock procurement, inventory replenishment, invoice

verification, account reconciliations, payment follow-ups, and resolution of inventory and

operational issues.

15. Manage inventory records, monitor stock movements, perform periodic inventory

reconciliations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.

Miscellaneous

16. SPOC for all Bank related.

17. Coordinate with external accounting firm, and CA firm.

18. Will be incharge for all Finance related and such other tasks assigned by the founders.

Qualifications:

• BCom is mandatory. MCom will be preferred

• At least 3 of experience corporate experience

• Proficient in Excel, knowledge of CRM tools

• Keeping abreast of all relevant taxation related rules

Experience of working in startups would be preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Campus Admin Officer to manage and maintain the

Electrical, Telecom & IT systems of our 120-employee office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The role

involves end-to-end responsibility for identifying and fixing electrical faults, desktops, printers,

intercom systems, LAN connections, and WiFi networks to ensure smooth daily operations with

minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical System Maintenance

 Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime.

 Identifying and resolving issues with electrical appliances, office lights, fans, etc.

 Troubleshooting issues related to generators, UPS, power supply cabling, etc.

2. IT Systems Management

 Maintain desktops and laptops for employees.

 Maintain office LAN network and structured cabling.

 Coordinate with vendors for servicing, repairs, and consumables.

 Maintain inventory of IT peripherals and spare equipment.

3. Intercom & Communication Systems

 Maintain and troubleshoot internal intercom systems.

 Coordinate with service vendors for maintenance and repairs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 1.5 -2 years of hands-on experience in maintaining Electrical & IT systems.

 Ability to communicate in English, Hindi or Marathi

 Basic knowledge of modems, routers, and switches.

 Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.

 Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience (8+ years) in software architecture and design with a focus on Python

• Strong proficiency in web-based application development and cloud computing technologies.

• Expertise in modern architecture frameworks, microservices, and RESTful API design.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to

non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

• Programming experience : 5 to 8 years of programming experience
• Strong technical knowledge in any of the following programming languages : Ruby on Rails /Python/Java and willing to learn and work in Node.js.
• Good Programming aptitude
• Have experience designing and building large scalable web services.
• Have an in-depth understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) 
• Have experience building RESTful APIs and have good knowledge of RESTful design patterns.
• Be able to communicate and work well within a team
• Brownie points if you have worked on Typescript & Nest.js

Requirements:

• BTech or equivalent degree from a reputed institute
• Proven hands-on Software Development experience
• Design & Develop HTML5 games with the help of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX, SVG, Pixijs library across multiple platforms(Web/ MobileTablet/ TV)
• Building reliable and efficient code for game projects
• Should understand build milestone process and meet project timeline.
• Helps drive the delivery of successful, cutting edge products by working on a team with other Developers, and Designers
• Work towards optimization and best practices, increase performance of our application
• 1 to 3+ years of development experience. (Preferably Gaming)
