We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will assist in improving website rankings, driving organic traffic, and implementing SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content for search engines.
• Assist with on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Build quality backlinks and manage link-building campaigns.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools.

We are offering a structured unpaid Digital Marketing Internship for individuals who want real, hands-on experience instead of just theory. This program is designed for students and beginners who are serious about learning, executing, and building a practical skill set.

This is not a stipend-based role. The focus is learning, implementation, and measurable improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and improve QMS, GMP and GLP compliance across the plant.
2. Handle QMS functions including change control, validations, stability studies, equipment qualifications, APQR, and risk assessments.
3. Manage documentation and coordination of regulatory applications such as AHC to AQCS, EIA, and related compliance.
4. Plan and conduct internal & external audits for standards such as ISO, GMP+, FDA, EIA, Capexil etc., and ensure documentation readiness.
5. Evaluate and approve suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, testing labs, and service providers.
6. Support in customer complaint investigation and CAPA implementation.
7. Conduct incident, deviation, and OOS investigations and ensure corrective & preventive actions.
8. Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and suggest improvements.
9. Manage label artwork review and control processes.
10. Oversee daily operator allocation and resource availability.

About the role:

You will own a functional area - from product conception to its delivery to customers. You are expected to design and code independently in multiple tech components related to your functional area. You must also develop a deep understanding of non-functional requirements, such as reliability and availability, scale, horizontal scalability, etc. over time to make tech stack decisions accordingly. You are expected to actively mentor junior engineers. You own

the codebase quality.

What you’ll need

• B.Tech or M.Tech equivalent with at least 3 years of experience
• Deep expertise in at least one programming language & tech stack.
• Strong object-oriented design skills, ability to apply design patterns, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces
• Experience in building data-driven web application design and development is a plus
• Good understanding of multiple tech solutions and ability to pick the correct one for the given situation
• Prior work experience in an agile environment or continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI or CD)
• Ability and experience in designing high-level software designs of the scalable system, taking NFR (non-functional requirement) into consideration

Your Hard Skills

• Minimum 2 years browser-based programming experience
