We’re opening limited intern/Part-time work slots for someone who wants real ownership in end-to-end, relationship-driven hiring (not volume work). This is hands-on exposure to high-trust recruiting, with direct mentorship by IIT/ISB Alums

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and map bilingual Japan-based tech professionals using LinkedIn and public sources.

2. Work closely with senior-level professionals in high-growth roles and expand a premium LinkedIn network early in your career.

3. Maintain clean data tags in our CRM (role, domain, location, language signal, status)

4. Handle sourcing, screening, scheduling of interviews, and respectful follow-ups following Japanese business etiquette

Good to Have:

JLPT N3/N2/N1 candidates/Japanese speaking skills – Not Must, But Nice to have. Interest in Japanese culture is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum of 4 to 8 years of professional experience in Java

development.

• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in building microservices with Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with API design and integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React and .NET. The role involves building and enhancing user interfaces and backend logic, with future responsibilities including integrating frontend applications with AI/ML/GenAI models developed by the Data Science team. Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI concepts is recommended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using React and supporting .NET services.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services built on microservices architecture.
• Consume and interact with scalable and secure microservices built using .NET.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to integrate AI/ML/GenAI models into frontend applications.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and accessibility across devices and browsers.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases as required.
• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical decisions.
• Stay updated with modern frontend technologies and AI-driven UI patterns.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in software development with strong frontend expertise.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript for modern UI development.
• Experience with .NET for backend integration and API coordination.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Experience working with relational databases and NoSQL databases.

Good to Have:

• Working knowledge of AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI concepts.

We are looking for a PHP Developer who thinks of himself as a problem solver. He/ she can efficiently and quickly write code in a timely and scalable way. This candidate will be able to test the code and adjust it where necessary. They should also be experienced in contributing to the whole software design lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proper understanding of MVC design patterns, OOPS concepts, and Frontend technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Hands-on experience with frameworks - Code ignitor / Laravel.

- Familiarity with MySQL databases and their declarative query languages.
