What your day job looks like :

- Manage a team of programmatic professionals with expertise in programmatic media

- Maintain positive client relationships, expectations, and communications

- Identify and solve client risks before they escalate to issues

- Oversee the cross-functional campaign development with internal SEO/Search/Content/Social teams as well as sister media agencies

- Build on existing level of programmatic expertise and develop a reputation for innovation and efficiency internally

- Ensure the integration of programmatic into the overall communications strategy

- Support and lead the strategic development and execution of programmatic campaigns

- Foster teamwork and create a constructive work environment

- Maintain a high level of employee commitment

- Provide team leadership that rewards creativity

What you'll bring:

- 4+ years of aligned industry experience, preferably within an agency

- Experience executing on Programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, App Nexus (Xandr Invest), Amazon, etc.)

- Experience with analytical tools is an asset (Google Analytics, PMP Partners, Ad Servers, DMPs, etc.)

- Demonstrated strong client relationship responsibility

- Proven account management experience, including analytical and creative problem-solving skills

- Ability to interact in a professional manner and communicate with clients over calls

- Proven ability to lead successful campaigns

- Superior verbal and written skills with outstanding presentation ability

- High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple accounts

- High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

- Come with experience of handling 6-7 direct reporters

Job Purpose and Impact

The Engineer Consultant, will join the Global Supply Chain team within the Digital Technology and Data function (also known as IT). As a Software Engineer you will provide best practice solutions to architect, design and develop new and existing digital solutions for the organization's digital portfolio. In this role, you will discover and deliver innovative solutions to complex and varied problems to enable the company's digital future. You will bring clarity to ambiguous scenarios and apply specialized, in depth, and broad knowledge of architectural, engineering and security practices to ensure your solutions are scalable, resilient and robust and will share knowledge on modern best practices and technologies to the shared engineering community.

Key Accountabilities

• Apply innovative and advanced software engineering patterns and principles to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain and troubleshoot complex and varied software solutions and incorporate security practices in newly developed and maintained applications.
• Lead peer code review sessions to review code, coach peers and ensure code quality.
• Take the lead in the assigned agile team to adopt agile philosophies, facilitate agile ceremonies and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Establish and incorporate the company's engineering and development best practices within the full software development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing and security principles, to deliver high quality code rapidly.
• Lead demonstration and continuous feedback sessions to improve development and help drive the long term vision.
• Build innovation in the engineering community by maintaining and sharing relevant technical approaches and modern skills.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Support critical supply chain applications on a rotational on-call basis as/if needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years of related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building Supply Chain applications and implementing Supply Chain software packages (SaaS/PaaS).
• Proven experience in automating pipelines for continuous integration, testing, delivery and security.
• Proven experience in architecting applications, databases, services or integrations.
• Experience with C3.ai and or/ o9 solutions.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new languages and platforms.

• New features developed independently with the ability to document the design after understanding and evaluating the requirements with necessary groundwork on required application components
• Hands-on coding to implement the design for feature completion
• Able to write unit tests that ensures bug free code
• Able to handle the multi-tenant and performance requirements of the new features and applications.
• Integrate the new features with existing modules, deliver ready to use code meeting necessary build requirements and CI/CD requirements.
• Work with other functional groups for product, technology, QA, tech support and deployment team.

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications.

• BE/B.Tech Degree from a reputed institution with at least 7 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Core Java, J2EE with a good knowledge of its ecosystem
• Experience with JUnit, JMH like performance tuning test tools preferred
• REST API design and development experience. Usage of Swagger or other API spec tools would be preferred. Working knowledge on Spring Boot is a plus
• Hands-on experience with some of the following application components is a plus: Solr, Kafka, OpenTSDB, Elasticsearch, Janus graph or any graph DB.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL or PostgreSQL required.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and build tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI, Maven, Ant required
• Experience building applications using microservices architecture is highly preferred. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker would be ideal
• Working knowledge on public clouds like AWS or Google cloud or Azure is a plus
• Experience building scalable systems
• Strong problem solving skills and ability and interest to solve complex problems
• Interest in machine learning (ML) data science is a plus

Role:

As the first QA hire at arcana, you will be responsible for setting up testing frameworks and leading QA for all our products and releases

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a QA framework. Automate parts of the framework wherever feasible.
• Develop and implement test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated)
• Track key QA metrics for product and maintain a process for logging bugs/issues and debugging them.
• Handle QA validations of UI, backend APIs, databases, SDK, and Performance.

Skill Set Required:

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years experience in a testing role at a platform/infrastructure software company
• Demonstrable Experience in using UI automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, etc. and automated API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
