Position Overview: AXS Solutions is seeking a dynamic and driven Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join the Founders Office. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founders to drive the growth and expansion of AXS in various dimensions, including business development, strategic partnerships, innovation, and operational efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of AXS’s growth strategy, working on high-impact projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Growth Initiatives:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
• Collaborate with the founders to define and implement strategic growth initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

1. Business Development:

• Lead efforts to establish and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Explore new revenue streams and develop plans to capitalize on them.
• Assist in negotiations and closing deals with key partners and clients.

1. Innovation and Product Development:

• Work with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development.
• Identify emerging trends and technologies that could impact AXS’s business.
• Develop and oversee pilot projects to test new ideas and concepts.

1. Operational Efficiency:

• Analyze and improve existing business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support growth objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business development, strategy, consulting, or a related field; experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Build, train and fine tune ML models
• Develop features to improve model accuracy and outcomes.
• Deploy models into production using Docker, kubernetes and cloud services.
• Proficiency in Python, MLops, expertise in data processing and large scale data set.
• Hands on experience in Cloud AI/ML services.
• Exposure in RAG Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop,  implement and evolve our backend platform (whose APIs and functionality provided are used by other game services, apps, and admin back office)
• Develop highly efficient, robust, quality code for applications and services
• Maintain clean coding practices
• Enhancing and supporting existing functions, some of which are 24/7
• Supporting product owners as required
• Providing support to the testing team during testing phases of the projects
• Contributing to solution proposals as required
• Creating work effort estimates as required
• Mentor, train on the best practices junior software associates and other team members.

• Clean coding practices
• Knowledge of scalable web architectures is required
• A solid understanding of Linux, JVM is required
• Knowledge of DevOps, Docker, Build Pipelines is good to have
• Knowledge of git workflow is essential

Any specific knowledge / experience:

• Functional programming experience with immubtable datastructures is required
• Knowledge of Erlang / Elixir is a plus.
• Knowledge of Clojure is perfect

Java Developers

Exp: 3-5 years

• Designing, implementing and improving company quality standards and analyzing data in order to find areas for growth and improvements
• Training, motivating and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met and preparing reports to track the progress
• Formulating strategies to increase productivity
• Testing and sampling products (Raw, Semi Finished and Finished Products), ensuring they meet set standards and specifications
• Conforming all products are properly labeled before output
• Investigating customers' complaints and ensuring safety procedures and processes
• Establishing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability in the organizations and monitoring all operations that affect quality and keeping all record related to quality and food safety, statistical reviews and relevant documents
• Communicating with external vendors and quality officers during onsite inspections

Desired Candidate Profile

• BSc. or MSc. or B. Tech (Chemistry/ DT / FT/ Micro /BT)
• Experience in Food Safety Process, audits, corrective actions
• Good at reporting corrective actions taken at management review meetings
• Knowledge in creating a flow diagram for each product and process covered by Food Safety Management System
• Experience in reviewing all rejections by food inspector/quality officers and in submissions of reports
• Willingness to work 6 days as one rotational off either on Monday or Sunday
• Lead Auditor Training Certificate or work experience as FSTL or Food Safety Team Member

1. Develop new key account relationship and act as the main point of contact to ensure effective communication and services deliveries to meet or exceed client expectations
2. Provide ongoing customer and technical support for products and services
3. Assist in preparing quotations, provide pricing and availability of products
4. Entry of orders, process and invoices
5. Effectively communicate and coordinate with logistics and lab during all steps of the ordering process from inception to completion
6. Develop and maintain existing accounts by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products/solutions
7. Participate in business development strategies. 
8. Responsible for the business growth and execution of business development/sales strategy to achieve the target.
9. Maintain professional and technical knowledge; participate in industry trade shows and conferences
10. Review and maintain assigned accounts in the CRM for accuracy.
11. Extensive exposure and knowledge in exports documentation, shipment and sales generation is must.
