We are looking for a Python with the following experience and expertise:

• Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs using Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with ORMs for database query mapping.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining application integrations/connectors using REST APIs, SCIM, LDAP, webhooks, or similar integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of API authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Keys, Basic Auth) and integration best practices.
• Experience in writing unit test cases, ensuring code coverage, and API testing.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API validation and testing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred:

• Experience building identity/IAM connectors or integrating enterprise applications with Identity Governance (IGA), IAM, HRMS, ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms.

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled GenAI & Agentic AI Engineer with strong experience in building end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions, Generative AI applications, and agent‑based automation workflows. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in machine learning along with hands‑on expertise in LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or LangChain Agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy GenAI applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.).
• Develop Agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or LangChain Agents.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector search solutions, and embedding‑based retrieval systems.
• Build scalable AI services using Python, FastAPI/Flask, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define use cases and convert them into production‑ready GenAI solutions.
• Implement hallucination reduction, prompt‑engineering strategies, and model evaluation methods.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, and automation workflows.
• Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) for semantic search.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize GenAI models for accuracy, performance, and cost.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, including model development, data preprocessing, EDA, training, and evaluation.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, LLM‑based apps).
• 6+ months of hands‑on experience with Agentic AI frameworks (CrewAI / AutoGen / LangGraph / LangChain Agents).
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit‑learn, Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, HuggingFace, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with building scalable APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Hands‑on knowledge of cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP) for AI deployment.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and model deployment best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable applications using MongoDB, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and TypeScript.

Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices, performance, and security.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and DevOps teams to streamline development.

Contribute to AI-powered application development (if experienced in AI/ML).

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 2.5+ years of experience in MERN stack development.

✅ Expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operational processes in the school.

• Proven work experience as a Senior Executive HR or similar role.

• Managing the employees’ on boarding and induction process. Responsible for issue of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, ID Cards and Visiting Cards, etc.

• Prepare and maintain staff records in the file and in HRMS.

• Coordinating for documentation relating to VISA, FRRO and maintaining the records.

• Organise and work independently on multiple tasks to complete assignments within specified deadlines. Prepare HR related MIS reports.

• Conduct exit interviews and complete separation formalities. Exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement Process.

• Coordinating with the facility management contractors for invoices, payments, etc.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate- MBA-HR

• Work experience for an International School

• 2-3 years and above of relevant experience

• Excellent verbal and written fluency in English and Hindi.

• Related working experience as Executive Assistant in other international schools or companies is preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills. 

• Good organisation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneNote, etc)
