Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing and customizing WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should be proficient in theme customization, plugin integration, WooCommerce, and Shopify. This is a full-time, night-shift role (WFO) that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Work on theme customization and plugin integration.
• Build and manage e-commerce websites using WooCommerce and Shopify.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure website functionality and performance.

Automation Testing

• Lead end to end Testing Automation Process
• Design and implement efficient Testing practices
• Conduct Test case and Code reviews to ensure the quality of Test Cases, Test coverage and Automation Code
• Participate in Planning meetings and ensure quality at all levels of SDLC
• Provide estimations for Manual and Automation
• Provide Testing and Automation Strategy for newly developed Features
• Identify the right tool and set up the automation framework for UI, API, and unit level
• Increase Automation confidence by reducing random test failures
• Work closely with the Development team and ensures code is delivered with high code coverage
• Responsible for QA metrics and Automation ROI and report them to management
• Identify Performance Application Performance bottlenecks and suggest the right tool and test strategy for Non-Functional Testing
• Guide and Mentor QA Team on the Testing and Automation Tools, Frameworks and Process
• Measure and Investigate Defect Leakage and provide preventive measures
• Identify CI / CD tools, define branching strategies, setup CI / CD pipeline

• 8+ years of experience in software development
• 4+ years of recent hands-on experience in architecting and building complex solutions that run in SaaS/PaaS environments, especially on AWS cloud leveraging SaaS based Microservices development coupled with Distributed Caching & Message Queuing.
• Should have experience in developing solution architecture and/or evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services
• Should have excellent knowledge of cloud architecture and implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability)
• Should have experience with Full Stack development with experience in technology stacks/frameworks like JAVA, Springboot, Python, Redis, SQL, NoSQL and Graph DBs
• Good to have Architected solutions that handle Big Data and should be proficient in data analytics
• Must have Expert level proficiency in Design / Architectural patterns, data structures and algorithms
• Must demonstrate knowledge of DevOps tool chains and processes
• Experience in web-based application migration from on-premise to SaaS model is a big plus.
• Experience of Integration patterns and associated best practice(e.g. Web Services, REST API's, Pub/Sub, MOM)
• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Web services related, functionally decomposed architecture, Load Balancing of Web Services and applications, designing multi-tenant systems, Clustering and sharding of data, microservices architecture / design patterns, and throttling and performance management of such services
