About the Role

We’re looking for an SEO Intern who is eager to go beyond traditional checklists and dive deep into SEO growth hacking. If you love experimenting, analyzing competitors, and finding unconventional ways to drive organic growth — this role is for you.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and content team to implement high-impact SEO strategies, optimize technical foundations, and build high-quality backlinks based on targeted competitor insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Page SEO

• Conduct keyword research and map keywords to relevant site pages.
• Optimize meta tags, headers, URL structure, and content for SEO.
• Improve internal linking for better crawlability and user experience.
• Perform regular content gap and SERP analysis for new opportunities.

2. Technical SEO

• Conduct website audits to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Optimize site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and indexing.
• Work with the dev/content team to implement technical fixes.
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

3. SEO Growth Hacking

• Experiment with emerging SEO tactics and unconventional strategies.
• Analyze competitors to reverse-engineer ranking patterns and content strategies.
• Identify low-hanging keywords and quick-win ranking opportunities.
• Contribute to innovative campaigns that boost organic visibility.

4. Targeted Link Building

• Research and build high-authority, niche-relevant backlinks.
• Execute competitor backlink analysis and replicate effective link sources.
• Explore guest posts, resource pages, digital PR, and outreach opportunities.

Experience in preparing technical documentation as per established templates and standards.

Proven experience working on medium and large-scale SAP projects.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 for modern web-based applications.

To ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance and stewardship across all phases of operations within the solar panel and battery manufacturing plant. This role will lead the implementation of proactive risk mitigation strategies, promote a culture of safety, and ensure sustainable and legally compliant environmental practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the HSE vision, policies, and systems aligned with corporate objectives and government regulations.

- Guide the organization towards a safety-first culture with clear KPIs for safety performance.

- Influence cross-functional teams to incorporate HSE into business planning and operational execution.

- Ensure compliance with Indian and international HSE laws, including Factories Act, Environment Protection Act, and Battery Waste Management Rules.

- Liaise with regulatory bodies such as MoEFCC, MPCB, and DISH for necessary approvals, inspections, and reporting.

- Oversee implementation of safety procedures specific to solar cell manufacturing (e.g., chemical handling) and battery production (e.g., lithium-ion risks).

- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

- Monitor plant operations for potential environmental and safety hazards using modern risk assessment tools (e.g., HAZOP, FMEA).

- Design and execute regular safety drills, workshops, and certifications.

- Mentor site HSE managers and create a strong safety culture at all levels of the plant.

- Ensure behavioral safety programs and toolbox talks are embedded in daily routines.

- Sustainability and Environmental Management

- Develop programs for waste management, emissions control, water conservation, and clean energy usage.

- Implement ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks across the facility.

- Promote circular economy principles in battery lifecycle and solar module disposal.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field.

- NEBOSH/IOSH Certification or equivalent HSE qualification mandatory.

- 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a large-scale manufacturing or energy plant.

- Deep understanding of solar and battery-specific safety and environmental risks.

• As a senior backend engineer, you will be expected to execute and deliver large and complex projects end-to-end, with or without the involvement of other team members
• Ensuring timely delivery of all product deliverables
• Play a key role in technical discussions within the team and be the go-to person for the team for guidance and troubleshooting
• Understand key Business and Engineering metrics around performance, quality, and availability and work regularly with the team to push the boundaries and improve them periodically
• Proactively participate in code reviews and architecture and design discussions
• Mentoring junior engineers and setting best practices for coding, code reviews, etc.
• Help the organization in building a top-quality team by participating in hiring initiatives and evangelizing about contributions, accomplishments, and victories

• Strong and self-motivated individuals, should be able to independently drive decisions
• Solid experience in building web-based products
• Overall of 4+ years of expertise in at least one dynamic programming language and one MVC web framework, preferably Ruby on Rails
• Expertise in Database modeling, preferably relational DB, spotting DB bottlenecks, and writing optimized DB queries
• Expertise in all common Cloud technologies, preferably AWS. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows
