Key Task & Accountabilities

● Sell a variety of instruments to different businesses.

● Work within a defined geographic territory.

● Design, implement, and execute short and long-term sales strategies that will result in territory growth.

● Implement knowledge of equipment sales cycle.

● Sell a balanced portfolio of instruments and consumables.

● Support distribution channels.

● Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.

● Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support.

● Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

● Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone.

● Take orders and deliver products.

● Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of manufacturing department’s production and delivery schedules.

Description: 

 4+ Years of experience in systems development and Guidewire Billing experience. 

 4+ years of technical experience in enterprise-level application design, execution, and software deployments. 

 Hands-on development expertise on Guidewire BillingCenter with configuration. 

 Configure business rules and other business logic in Gosu. 

 Design and code integration components including plug-ins and programs that call the GW APIs Create form and letter templates and their supporting XML descriptor files. 

 Skilled in the use of applicable programming languages for the areas of developing code for, to include but are not limited to Java, SQL etc. 

 Experience leveraging source code management, such as GitHub or Bitbucket. 

 Supports production deployments and automation, actively lead monitoring, job control, and production support, and participates in and provides support for production issues related to the Guidewire solution. 

 Expertise configuring and developing several areas of BillingCenter including but not limited to Account/Policy/Producer Handling, Various Plan Types, Billing Instructions, Charges, Charge Patterns, Charge Invoicing, Invoice Items, Direct/List/Agency Bill Processing, Premium Reporting, Holds and writeoffs, Handling of Trouble Tickets/ Collaterals and Return Premium, Funds Tracking and Contacts. 

 Well versed with all Guidewire Billing center configuration areas like PCF, Gosu, Business Rules, Invoicing, Billing Types, Charge Distributions, Payments, Delinquency process, Commissions, etc.

Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of business strategy,

objectives, and goals.

1. Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal setting based on click through rates ,traffic ,and conversions.

2. Identify keyword gap for SEO improvement and map new content to be

produced for our blog, YT channel and Pinterest and optimize the same

for SEO.

6. Email marketing:

0. Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes

through email, content, and social channels.

1. Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflow for these

segments to convert leads into customers.

2. Implement Retention & Reactivation based campaigns to improve

lower funnel conversions.

Candidate Requirements

1. A high degree of ownership in taking things to completion. Can thrive in an

unstructured environment.

2. Exceptional communication skills. Enthusiasm to write things down for

posterity, build playbooks, and create training manuals. Loves one pagers.

3. The ability to collaborate effectively across teams such as growth, marketing &

design.

4. Knowledge of UAC, Search and Social advertising preferably for consumer

apps. Experience in a performance marketing role across a range of channels;

search, social, affiliate, display, video.

5. Strong experience in website analytics tools highly proficient with google

analytics, tag manager, search console. Knowledge of using data tools such as

marketing automation CRMs like Cleve tap, attribution reporting, and paid

campaign reports.

6. Strong knowledge of performance optimization and have a strong

quantitative analysis. An understanding of cohorts, segmentation of user base,

calculations of ROl and funnels is a must.

7. Worked at a fast growing start up for at least 3+ years

8. Past experience in B2C traffic generation, managing digital/mobile advertising.

9. Be able to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence to build

efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs.

10. Able to effectively organize, prioritize & manage their time

11. Experience with automations & SQL is a big plus

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of .NET development experience (ASP.Net 3.5 or greater and C# 4 or greater).
• Good knowledge of MVC, Entity Framework, and Web API/WCF.
