Job Summary 

We are seeking experienced Senior MCAL Engineers with 7–10 years of expertise in AUTOSAR Classic Platform development for automotive ECUs. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in MCAL development, configuration, integration, and AUTOSAR BSW integration on Infineon AURIX (TC3xx/TC4xx) microcontroller platforms. The role requires strong Embedded C programming skills, software integration expertise, and adherence to Automotive SPICE and quality standards while working with global engineering teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

MCAL Development & Configuration: Configure and integrate AUTOSAR MCAL modules for automotive ECU projects. 

AUTOSAR BSW Integration: Integrate MCAL with AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW), ECU Abstraction Layer and RTE. 

Software Development & Validation: Develop embedded software using C language and perform testing/debugging. 

Process Compliance & Quality: Follow Automotive SPICE and MISRA-C guidelines. 

Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with global teams. 

Required Skills & Experience 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 

7–10 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development. 

Strong experience in AUTOSAR Classic Platform development and integration. 

Hands-on experience with MCAL modules such as MCU, PORT, DIO, ADC, GPT, ICU, PWM, WDG, SPI, CAN, LIN, FLS, and FEE. 

Good understanding of AUTOSAR architecture, including MCAL, ECU Abstraction Layer, BSW, and RTE. 

Experience in ECU bring-up, board support package integration, and software integration activities. 

Strong Embedded C programming and debugging skills. 

Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting of embedded software issues. 

Hands-on experience with Infineon AURIX microcontrollers (TC3xx, TC4xx). 

Knowledge of multicore architectures and software development on AURIX platforms. 

Experience with AUTOSAR configuration tools such as EB Tresos, Vector DaVinci Configurator, or equivalent. 

Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and SPI. 

Experience with software configuration management tools such as Git and Bitbucket. 

Experience with defect and change management tools such as Jira. 

Good to have 

Exposure to ISO 26262 Functional Safety projects. 

Experience with Vector CANoe and CANalyzer. 

Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and bootloader development. 

Experience with Ethernet and automotive communication stacks. 

Python scripting for automation and tooling activities.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

• It's a Contractual role for a particular project ongoing in the company, duration will be 1 year or may exceed as per the project requirement, After that the candidate will be kept on permanent role.
• The candidate will be on company's payroll only.
• Candidate should be comfortable for directly visiting and working with client's place.

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Linux Device Driver development
• Strong experience with Linux kernel programming & memory management
• Experience with Zephyr OS / device driver model (porting bare-metal drivers).
• Familiarity with RTOS linux kernel internals and hardware protocols (They mainly use AXI protocol, i2c, spi).
• Strong knowledge of PCIe and DMA drivers
• Proficiency in C / C++ programming languages
• Experience working with hardware interfaces/protocols (AXI, I2C, SPI)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Proven experience in developing Linux Device Drivers.
• Preferred experience in Zephyr (need to port bare metal drivers to zephyr OS/device driver model).
• Strong knowledge of PCIe and DMA drivers (Good to know Xilinx's IPs like AXI-DMA, XDMA etc).
• Expertise in Linux Memory Management.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages.
• Preferred familiarity with real-time operating systems (RTOS), linux kernel internals and hardware protocols (They mainly use AXI protocol, i2c, spi).

Immediate to 15 days joiners are preferrable we need to close it asap.

Desired Candidate Profile For Embedded Developer Role

1. Proficient in C language
2. Proficient in Linux application development, TCP/IP protocol, multi-threaded programming, basic encryption algorithm,
3. familiar with Linux system commonly used API and commands, proficient in basic debugging means and methods.
4. Proficient in STM32 and other SCM development, skilled in using Keil and other integrated development environment,
5. proficient in serial port communication programming, Bluetooth, GPIO, SPI, EEPROM and other development, proficient in basic debugging means and methods.
6. Have basic hardware skills and knowledge, can draw PCB and read circuit diagrams, can use an oscilloscope and other tools for debugging.
7. Familiar with embedded system, free-RTOS, RT-Thread, etc.
8. Fluency in both spoken and written English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong experience with programming microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP32, and ESP8266.
• Experience with Embedded C/C++.
• Experience with Raspberry Pi, Python, and OpenCV.
• Experience with Low power Devices would be preferred
• Knowledge about communication protocols (UART, I2C, etc.)
• Experience with Wi-Fi, LoRa, GSM, M2M, SImcom, and Quactel Modules.
• Experience with 3d modeling (preferred).
• Experience with 3d printers (preferred).
• Experience with Hardware design and knowledge of basic electronics.

• Use compliers, debuggers revision control and automated build systems.
• Design/develop components of software platform for use by other developers to extend its capabilities and build custom applications/behavior on top
