
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate and arrange senior executives travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage correspondence flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage the MDs calendar and set up meetings
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Help prepare for meetings and accurately record the minutes from meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all maters pertaining to the Company and all the senior executives.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4 - 8 years experience in a similar role reporting directly to upper management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet etc) with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Familiar with international travel arrangements
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Ability to maintain company confidences

To expand and refine our suite of out-of-the-box integrations, using our powerful API and SDK to bring in metadata for visualisation from a vast range of sources including databases with diverse SQL dialects.

About The Position:
The core of our Real Estate Tech ecosystem is the products we build and the Data that powers them. With a large number of products and business functions in place, Data flows massively into our backend. transactions, click events, uploads, updates, geospatial events, etc. flows in the system in large volumes and varieties. Constant monitoring of KPIs for all the product and business functions is an integral part of our success. As a product analyst, you will be an integral part of driving this success.
You will work closely with Product & Data Sciences to define KPIs, Report & Track them. You will breathe Data and with the spirit communicate to Business, understand problems, answer questions and create strategic solutions with Data. Your numbers and dashboards will drive business decisions, product enhancements & track product metrics.
An ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities in Big Data with equal product & business acumen along with fluid communication abilities. Design
· Design a Service Platform that will serve a large scale of users
· Prepare design based on requirements and direction provided by product manager
· Research and consult with SMEs to ensure the design is most suitable to meet the requirements
