The Role

We are seeking a mission-driven, results-oriented leader to join as Director – Fundraising & Partnerships.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will:

• Report directly to the Co-Founders

• Scale fundraising capacity 3x in the next 2 years

• Secure long-term, outcome-linked funding from CSR, HNIs, philanthropic foundations, and global development partners

• Represent organisation in key donor forums and build a high-performing fundraising team

Key Responsibilities

1. Fundraising Strategy & Leadership

• Lead execution of our's 2–3 year fundraising strategy aligned with growth goals

• Own annual fundraising targets, set KPIs, and ensure transparent reporting

• Drive donor lifecycle: prospecting, proposals, grant reporting, and relationship management

• Act as external face in funder interactions with CSR leaders, philanthropies, and impact investors

• Build systems for agility, compliance, and long-term donor trust

2. Partnership Development & Network Building

• Develop pipeline of 50+ CSR leads, philanthropists, and ecosystem enablers

• Mobilize donor and champion networks to unlock opportunities

• Represent firm at sector forums and donor convenings

3. Communications & Collateral Oversight

• Oversee donor-facing communications: proposals, pitch decks, reports, and campaigns

• Ensure clarity and alignment with brand and impact narrative

• Use storytelling, data, and design for compelling funder engagement

4. Team Leadership & Systems Building

• Build and mentor a high-performing fundraising team

• Establish robust systems for donor CRM, compliance, reporting, and audits

• Work with internal teams to develop tailored grant materials

5. Relationship Management

• Shape trust-based donor journeys for long-term investment

• Design engagement pathways for new, existing, and repeat funders

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Programs, Finance, and Impact teams to align fundraising with program needs

• Work with M&E/Data teams to define outcomes and deliver performance-linked commitments

Who You Are

• Fundraising is more than a function for you; it’s a lever for systemic change.

• 12–15 years’ experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development in nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing.

• Proven success in multi-crore, multi-year partnerships (₹12Cr+).

• Deep knowledge of India’s social impact ecosystem and funder motivations.

• 3+ years of dedicated, in-depth experience implementing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow SPM/ITBM suite.
• Technical Certifications:
• Must-Have: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Project Portfolio Management (CIS-PPM).
• Strongly Required: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• SPM Module Expertise (Hands-On):

• Proven experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM).
• Solid understanding and configuration experience with Agile Development 2.0 and its integration points.

• SPM Module Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, development, and implementation of core SPM applications, including:
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM): Including Ideation, Demand, Project, Program, and Portfolio modules.
• Application Portfolio Management (APM): For application inventory, rationalization, and technology portfolio management.
• Agile Development 2.0: Configure and manage stories, epics, themes, and sprints, ensuring seamless integration with PPM.
• Resource Management: Develop and configure solutions for capacity planning, resource allocation, and time management.
• Financial Management: Assist in configuring cost models, budgets, and financial reporting related to projects and portfolios.
• Custom Development & Platform Expertise:
• Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable custom solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Flow Designer/Workflows.
• Utilize advanced scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAjax), and HTML/CSS to deliver custom functionality.
• Serve as the technical SME for the SPM module, providing guidance on best practices and platform limitations.
• Integrations:
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow SPM and other enterprise systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, financial systems) using IntegrationHub, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Support:
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide advanced support for SPM applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Reporting and Analytics:
• Create sophisticated reports, Performance Analytics dashboards, and custom visualizations to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into portfolio health, project status, and resource utilization.
• Governance and Maintenance:
• Manage application upgrades, patching, and release cycles for the SPM suite.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and effective use of update sets for deployments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation is a must
• 2 – 4 years of relevant work experience in the entire recruitment cycle
• Knowledge and work experience in recruiting for both technical as well as non-technical roles
• Ability to multi-task and exceptional ability to source, screen and interview candidates
• Excellent communicating, listening and negotiating skills    

Experience with Xcode, Cocoa Touch, Swift, third party Framework or libraries and iPhone SDK and React JS.

-Proficient with Swift, and Cocoa Touch.

-Good with OOPs design.

-Experience with IOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Bluetooth, cocoa pods, etc.

-Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.

-Familiarity with REST APIs to connect IOS applications to back-end services.

-Understanding of apple design principles and interface guidelines.

-Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools {such as Instruments and Shark, depending on project needs}

-Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

-Experience working with Google Map API.
