Key Responsibilities
 As an early team member, you will get a chance to set the foundations of our engineering
culture. You will help articulate our engineering principles and help set the long-term
roadmap.
 Making decisions on the evolution of Cashflo's technical architecture
 Building new features end to end, from talking to customers to writing code

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
 3+ years of full-time frontend software engineering experience
 Experience building frontends for SaaS products (you've owned & built features from start to
finish before)
 Thorough knowledge of SDLC
 Extensive knowledge of React/Angular or similar frameworks.
 Hands-on knowledge of CSS & design systems such as Tailwind, Ant Design, etc.
 Experience writing automated tests
 Been part of teams that have maintained large frontend codebases

• Deliver features in an end-to-end manner: technical design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Provide technical leadership and own specific areas of the platform.
• Work closely with Product Managers to translate product requirements to engineering specifications.
• Lead code review efforts and quality efforts in your area of ownership.

Must Haves:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Ruby on Rails/ Python/ Node.JS.
• Strong problem-solving skills, data structures, and algorithms.
• Excellent experience on databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
• Familiarity with tools for code reviews, version control (GIT).
• A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby/ Python/Node.JS code.
• Experience in application server hosting and monitoring.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

 

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on with search platforms (Solr, Elasticsearch, etc).
• Prior experience with microservices-based architecture/SOA/distributed systems.
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.

We are looking for hands-on iOS developers responsible for the design and development of high volume end user products aimed at a range of iOS devices. Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, high quality code, and a passion for technology is essential. Responsibilities : - Design and build applications for the iOS platform this is a hands-on developer position - Collaborate with the team to design and ship new features - Identify and root cause performance bottlenecks, random crashes, and fix bugs - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications - Help maintain code quality, perform peer code reviews, write unit tests, enable automation and localization - Stay up-to-date with technical trends and suggest solutions. - Gradually take on more responsibility and have a bigger impact take on more challenging tasks, mentor others, lead a module, manage a team.
