The Opportunity

We’re expanding rapidly into new Allied Health and Tech programs. To support this growth, we’re hiring a seasoned Canvas LMS Administrator who can manage complex configurations, solve technical challenges, and build scalable systems for new programs and enterprise partners.

If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and great at building systems that “just work,” you’ll play a key role in shaping Springboard’s learning platform.

What You’ll Do

Canvas Platform Administration

• Serve as the primary Canvas admin (configuration, permissions, sub-accounts, course setup)
• Manage LTIs, SSO, APIs, and third-party tool integrations
• Optimize Canvas workflows for new program launches and enterprise use cases
• Partner with Instructure for product updates, roadmap insights, and escalations

Troubleshooting & Support

• Provide fast, high-quality support to LX, Ops, instructors, mentors, and Program Success
• Resolve issues related to configuration, access, grade passback, automations, and LTIs
• Reduce recurring issues with documentation and scalable fixes

Customization & Problem Solving

• Build solutions using Blueprint courses, custom roles, APIs, JS/CSS, and automations
• Create scalable templates and workflows for new health and tech programs

Quality & Operational Excellence

• Maintain documentation, issue tracking, and release notes
• Partner with LX, Product, and Engineering for course QA and program rollouts
• Monitor Canvas updates and recommend internal adjustments

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Product & Engineering on integrations and platform improvements
• Support enterprise implementations (Amazon Career Choice, university partners)
• Ensure seamless learner and instructor experience end-to-end

Required Skills

Core LMS & Canvas Skills

• 7+ years LMS administration (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L)
• 3+ years hands-on Canvas administration
• Sub-accounts, permissions, SIS imports, and course architecture
• Blueprint courses
• Canvas APIs & developer keys
• LTI app setup and management
• SSO (SAML, OAuth, basic troubleshooting)
• Canvas theming (JS/CSS — basic to moderate level)

Technical & Analytical Skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality Android applications using Java/Kotlin.
• Work with Android Studio to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Implement and adhere to MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) architectural patterns to ensure scalable and maintainable applications.
• Utilize Data Binding to streamline UI development and improve code readability.

We are looking "Network Engineer" for Reputed Client @Permanent Role.

Experience: 1 - 3 Yrs

Job Responsibilities

•VISE will work with field engineers on a technical level to troubleshoot and restore service to customer location

•VISE will give technical direction to field engineers remotely.

•A VISE engineer will be assigned ownership of a task and will be responsible for driving final resolution.

•A VISE engineer is expected to work in a team capacity, assisting other team members both technically and administratively.

•The VISE team will be expected to document VISE action plans (VAP) to field engineers

•VISE will have the ability to generate collaboration sessions with field engineers and or customers to troubleshoot and restore Cisco devices

•The VISE Engineer will record the initial details, subsequent updates throughout the duration of the task, document resolution and close the task upon completion of the necessary actions.

•VISE will be expected to perform “queue prep” prior to the start of shift, adding descriptions or pushing dispatches to other queues.

•VISE will be expected to stay 30 minutes after “queue end” in the event a dispatch needs to be handed over to the following theater.

•The VISE Engineer will maintain continuous contact with the Field Engineer throughout the resolution process for Tasks, including but not limited to, advising on the progress of the Task, and providing resolution of the Task

•Escalating with Cisco’s logistics organization on missing or late part deliveries

•Escalating to upper tier support (VSET or TAC) when reaching the end of knowledge limit within a timely and concise manner per procedures

•Providing logistics instructions and Customer details to the FE

•VISE team will be expected to take both minimal to moderately technical and administrative escalation from other teams, field engineers and customer
