Technology is now core to our growth, and you’ll be our first in-house developer.
You’ll work directly with:
- our director (acting CTO) for product vision & architecture, and
- a senior operations manager for day-to-day priorities & domain insight.

What You’ll Do
- Ship guest-facing features with Next.js 15 + React 19
- Build internal tools that automate operations & surface data (LLMs where useful)
- Own the cycle — idea → code → deploy → measure → iterate
- Set up CI/CD on Vercel and keep tech-debt low
- Use AI coding assistants (Cursor, Windsurf, v0 …) to move faster without sacrificing quality
- Post daily WhatsApp updates and demo something usable every Friday

Must-Have Skills
- 2 + yrs delivering production web apps end-to-end

- Node.js APIs, Prisma or Drizzle ORM, solid SQL design
- Auth.js / Better-Auth, security best practices
- GitHub flow, CI pipelines, Vercel deploys
- Clear English communication; able to explain trade-offs to non-tech peers
