Role Description

We are looking for a Sales specialist to join our team.This is a full-time, on-field sales role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing B2B leads, as well as acquiring new clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

 Drive B2B sales growth and achieve revenue targets in the industrial segment.

 Utilize platform to generate leads and expand business opportunities.  Develop and implement effective sales strategies for market penetration and client acquisition.

 Build, mentor, and manage a sales team to enhance performance and productivity.

 Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

 Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.

 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

 Travel to meet clients, attend meetings, and explore new business prospects.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales.

 Hands-on experience working with IndiaMART is mandatory.

 Good knowledge and practical exposure to Alibaba.com.

 Proven experience in team handling and team building.

 Strong understanding of industrial products and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models

Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering

Fine-tune ML/DL models to improve accuracy and performance

Deploy models into production using APIs or cloud platforms

Monitor model performance and retrain models as required

Work closely with clients to understand business problems and translate them into AI/ML solutions

Present findings, model outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholders

Strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts (Supervised, Unsupervised learning)

Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras)

Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)

Experience in model deployment using Flask/FastAPI, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Understanding of model fine-tuning and performance optimization

Basic knowledge of SQL and data handling

Position Summary

You will serve as the servant-leader for a single, dedicated Product Engineering team that ships releases on a fixed cadence. Your mission is to run the team’s Scrum ceremonies, uphold our SDLC and software-validation standards, and keep the release train running predictably and transparently.

Cadenced Release Delivery

Own the release calendar; lock sprint goals and ensure each increment meets Definition of Done and validation requirements. Coordinate cut-over tasks with DevOps and QA.

Scrum Facilitation

Plan and run all ceremonies—Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives—ensuring time-boxing and clear outcomes.

Team Coaching & Continuous Improvement

Coach the team in Agile principles, foster self-organization, and turn retro feedback into actionable experiments that raise velocity and quality.

Backlog Stewardship

Partner with the Product Manager to keep the backlog groomed, prioritized, and understood. Confirm that user stories are INVEST-ready before sprint commitment.

Risk & Impediment Management

Surface blockers early, own their resolution, and communicate impact on scope or timeline to stakeholders.

Jira & Reporting Excellence

Configure and maintain Jira workflows, boards, dashboards, and automated reports (velocity, burndown, cycle time). Provide crisp weekly status summaries.

Documentation & Validation

Ensure sprint artifacts—user stories, acceptance criteria, test evidence, release notes—are complete, version-controlled, and audit-ready under HIPAA/GDPR/21 CFR Part 11 guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager for a product engineering team
• Demonstrated success delivering time-boxed releases in a regulated SDLC (HIPAA, ISO 27001, FDA, or similar)
• Expert-level Jira skills: custom workflows, JQL, dashboards, Advanced Roadmaps, REST API integrations
• Solid understanding of Agile metrics and how to leverage them for continuous improvement
• Excellent facilitation, conflict-resolution, and written/verbal communication skills
• Certifications: CSM, PSM II, or equivalent

Bonus Points

• Experience with life-sciences or eClinical products
• Background supporting SOC 2 or GDPR audits

You will be part of the founding team at LDU and will be responsible for the end-to-end technology of the company including:

- Work with the founders on cutting edge technologies, including AI/ML, blockchain, computer vision, etc. across the tech-stack.

- Formulate long-term technology & product strategy along with implementation roadmap, while envisioning the tech-stack

required to scale the business 100X

- Architecting and engineering solutions across the entire technology stack including front-end, back-end, infrastructure,

architecture, server-side engineering, UI, etc. in line with the company's strategy.

- Work on the D2C website and enhance the user experience while increasing the company's online presence.

- Provide help to everyone in the team and greatly reduce the time and technical costs of team communication, technology

docking.

- Plan and collaborate with the other teams including marketing/ growth, customer success/ sales, design, operations, etc. to

implement new product features, growth hacks/ initiatives identified through user interviews/ insights, etc in a timely manner.

- Will be involved in a horizontal technical requirement, so should be able to make a prototype design for a product very rapidly

while executing the same with a wide range of techniques.

- Build processes/mechanisms to track the KPIs across product/ technology and ensure religious execution of the targets

- Build and lead the technology team including the engineering team, product team, Quality Assurance, etc.

• You will be having 3+ years of experience of writing optimized Code in Javascript/Typescript and working with Advanced NodeJs frameworks targeting Latest NodeJs version.
