What will I be doing?Social Media Management

Content Creation
Generate high-quality written content, including blogs, emails, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.

Brand Advocacy
Foster community engagement and build brand advocacy through social media interactions.

Analytics and Reporting
Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of social media campaigns and content initiatives.
Provide regular reports and insights to track key metrics and inform future strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to align content strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Qualifications
Proven experience in content creation for B2B SaaS companies.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights, would be a plus.
Creative mindset with a keen understanding of current industry trends and best practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Good-to-have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in social media management and content marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- At least 1+ year experience in working with Ruby on Rails and minimum 4 years of experience with software development (Backend + Frontend)
- Extensive knowledge in testing frameworks like Rspec/ Cucumber/ Capybara
- Exposure to AngularJS a plus
- Worked with Frontend HTML5/ CSS development and integrating with mySQL/ PostGres Database
- Must have experience in creating flexible solutions and integrations with other applications

Your Responsibilities:
- Independently coordinate webinars, tradeshows, and conferences, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, and ordering marketing collateral.
- Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management
- Assist with website content social media and digital marketing programs.

- Experience in wireframing, UX design, and laying out pages is a must.
- Ability to lay out a page in WP Bakery or other page building software preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CSS and web standards.
- Strong knowledge of database design and troubleshooting (MySQL)
- Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices
- Solid project-level experience with at least one open source CMS platform such as WordPress.
- Experience with web-based programming languages (e.g. PHP, JavaScript)
- Having 4-6 years of experience in software development.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience working on Woo Commerce with WordPress.
- Must have hands-on experience working with Core PHP.
- Must have hands-on experience on designing hooks based microservices on WordPress or Slim.
- Must have hands-on experience with MySQL, MongoDB and Radis or any cache.
- Must be proficient in Data Structures with hands-on experience in coding.
