We are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization. The HR Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure the timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks), job postings, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience using social media for recruiting purposes.
- Previous experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.

Responsibilities
- Your primary responsibility is to handle incoming and outgoing calls (tele) from students and parents to apprise them about iDreamCareer products.
- To manage 40-50 students/parents call per day
- Complete management and updating details in CRM (Leadsquare)
- Pitch iDC’s Product with lot of passion and enthusiasm
- Follow up with Prospects, share necessary information and bring it to closure
- Consistently hit quota and overachieve on Monthly and Quarterly Targets
Skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills. Good command over written & Spoken English.
- Ability to engage students/parents in conversation around their careers
- Experience in working in CRM tools like Leadsquare
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in telephonic sales/outbound sales is a must requirement for this role

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Developing system components throughout all phases of the product lifecycle·
- Own, improve, maintain, and enhance the code of a desktop client application with a native look and feel for Windows, one of the primary access points for users to Egnyte’s cloud-based connect solution

- Leading a team of developers and QA (team size: 4+) with a full focus on productivity and business delivery

- Strong C++ programming (C++14 standard) and debugging skills and design patterns knowledge
- Experience with STL, boost, or WIN32 API·

2. Must have led a team of 5 to 15 engineers. Excellent business understanding and prioritisation skills. Fully
