Job Description:

We are seeking a WordPress Developer with a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, and solid experience managing high-traffic websites. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with high-traffic WordPress websites and have a keen eye for SEO best practices and performance optimization using tools like PageSpeed Insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability
• Ensure websites follow SEO best practices (technical and on-page)
• Monitor and improve PageSpeed Insights scores across desktop and mobile
• Build and maintain websites capable of handling high traffic volumes without performance degradation
• Understand caching strategies (object/page/server-side), CDNs, and other performance tools
• Collaborate with designers, content teams, and stakeholders to deliver robust, SEO-friendly digital experiences

Required Skills:

• Pro-level experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, hooks, custom post types)
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript (Vanilla & jQuery), HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals
• Familiarity with Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and GTmetrix
• Experience with version control systems like Git

Nice to Have:

• Experience with WooCommerce
• NodeJS and ReactJS knowledge.
