Description:
2-5 years with technical hands-on experience in building large-scale B2C applications catering
to millions of users. Previous experience in building scalable products is a must
What you will do:
 Be a part of our backend for frontend/ credit card processing engineering teams to build the
best homegrown credit card stack
 Partner with the product teams to understand the product features and specifications, translate
them into high level and low-level design
 Work with frontend and backend developers to build out a customer-centric experience that will
constantly evolve
 Respond to support team tickets as needed to resolve bugs and issues
 Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development areas to the team
Technical Expertise:
 Strong insight into Java programming language (Class loading, Memory
Management, Transactions, Executors, Lambdas and Streams)
 Experience in distributed technologies, real-time, high throughput and low latency
systems
 Hands-on prior experience with scalable Cloud based architectures
 Experience in one or more frameworks like Spring is a plus but not required
 Proficiency in data structures & algorithms
 Strong problem solving and analytical skills
 Any experience in payments is a plu

• 5-8 years of experience as a Java/J2EE developer.
• 1-3 years of experience with Angular / React is desirable.
• 1-3 years of experience in using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Thorough knowledge of server-side development.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Good understanding of web services (WSDL SOAP, RESTful).
• Hands-on experience in using Application Servers like WebSphere.
• Expertise in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server).
• E-commerce domain knowledge is desirable.
• Prior experience in developing desktop and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with common stacks.
• Knowledge of multiple frontend languages and libraries, like HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.
• Experience in implementation of Microservices
• Experience with AWS (S3, SQS, SNS, ECS, EC2, ALB, API Gateway, Lambda, etc.) is highly desirable
• Good understanding of Docker & Kubernetes is highly desired.
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgresSQL), web servers (Apache), and UI/UX designs.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Years of Experience: In an approximate range of 2 to 8 years.

Key Skills:

Java, Spring,  Web services,  XML, XSD, working knowledge of database and UNIX.

Good verbal and written communication.

Good team player, flexible and entrepreneurial.

Quick learner.

This position requires technology leadership of products/services and manage programs/projects through completion.Selected candidate will lead multiple teams in India and will have end-to-end global responsibility of delivery of new features or enhancements of products. Researches product development options and provides analysis for product direction. Manages and directs a team of software developers ranging 50 to 80 associates. Technical Capacity – Well versed with technologies such as Java/J2EE, Spring, Oracle/PL SQL, REST/JSON, Unix/Linux, MQ etc. Past hands-on coding experience is a must.
