Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

Discover and pursue new sales prospects, negotiate and close deals, and maintain customer satisfaction to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• As an MR/TSM/ASM the candidate will be responsible for managing teams of sales members

• The MR/TSM/ASM is required to make a route plan with all his team members

• MR/TSM/ASM will be setting monthly targets for his team members, On a weekly basis he will be reviewing the productivity of all team members ensuring all targets are achieved

• Periodically reviewing team performance

• Reporting the NSM & Sales Coordinator every day

• To visit Surgeons/Doctors in Assigned Areas to give them Demos of our company Surgical Gloves.

• To convince Surgeons/Doctors of Assigned areas to purchase our company's Surgical Gloves.

• Maintaining accurate sales and product records.

• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

• Gather market information and provide feedback on buying trends.

• Identify new markets and business opportunities.

• Record sales and send copies to the head office.

• Review sales performance.

• Provide feedback about dealers and doctors to their respective authorities.

• Keeping up to date with product knowledge.

• To solve the issue of dealers/doctors related to the product.

• Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the area sales team or discussing future targets with the area sales manager.

• Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products.

• To Coordinate with Doctors / Hospitals / Dealers for their Outstanding Payments Future Business Order.

• To coordinate with back back-end Team for sharing Quotations with Doctors, and for placing Doctors' Orders for inquiries related to the dispatch of their ordered products.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Data Analytically, Email Drafting

• Minimum 3 Years of experience in Medical disposable/ Equipment / Pharmaceutical industry

• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication

• Excellent problem-solving & interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.

• Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.

• Strong ability to develop product and marketing strategies

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with building B2B and consumer quality products, enabling business capability and objectives through technology.
• Strong cloud infrastructure experience with AWS.
• Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications and application security.
• Experience working with a development team using Agile methodology.
• Experience in container technologies like Docker/Kubernetes a plus.
• Hands-on skills working with SQL and No-SQL databases
  Broad experience across the following application development technologies and in depth skills with at least one: NodeJS, React, GraphQL,Python, R, Java/C++ and/or other open source application development frameworks.
• Ability to strategically balance test coverage, documentation and timelines (API/ Unit testing).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.

This role will be responsible for analysing the functionality of applications and designing automated tests to validate their performance. You will also be required to identify bugs, install databases, and collaborate with the software design team.

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure success as a QA automation engineer, you should have advanced programming skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent architectural skills. A skilled QA automation engineer can design and write efficient test procedures for every software application

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Meeting with the product engineering team to discuss verification protocols.

· Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas.

· Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures.

· Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.

· Writing automation scripts and implementing software applications.

· Designing and installing software databases.

· Troubleshooting automation software and finalizing system procedures.

· Identifying quality issues and creating test reports.

Requirements:

· 3+years relevant experience working as a QA automation engineer.

· Implementing and maintaining automated test suites for integration tests, API tests, UI tests, and system tests.

· Experience with browser-based UI automation and Selenium/Robot frameworks

· Experience with writing test plans and test cases

· Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and React.js is a plus

· Experience with SaaS environment and/or Cloud Services is a plus

EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years within automotive industry / software development.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, Debug simulink/stateflow models according to functional, technical requirements, MAAB guidelines.
• Derive software requirements from system level requirements and establish bi-directional traceability within the models and generated code.
• Generate Code from developed models, generate test vectors, automate tests and document code reviews, test results.
• Automate the data exchange flow between MATLAB models, excel sheets, code testing using m-scripts.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in model based development and testing using Mathwork Tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, autocode generation tools Embedded coder or TargetLink.
• Good understanding of the Automotive software development cycle and tool chains
• Should possess a good understanding of C coding, m-scripting, with good debugging and software testing skills.
• Experience in developing MATLAB/ Simulink models from scratch for automotive applications.
• Should have experience in requirements management, and be able to write test cases from them.
• Experience in MBD testing such as MIL/ SIL/PIL.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi Language.
• Experience in MATLAB verification and validation toolbox like Simulink Design Verifier, Simulink Test, Simulink Coverage is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of Control System Design and Electric Vehicles is a plus.
