Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to design and deploy AI/ML solutions that align with business goals.

The role involves leading end-to-end architecture, model development, deployment, and integration using modern AI/ML tools and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Key Responsibilities :

• Define AI strategy and identify business use cases
• Design scalable AI/ML architectures
• Collaborate on data preparation, model development & deployment
• Ensure data quality, governance, and ethical AI practices
• Integrate AI into existing systems and monitor performance

Must-Have Skills :

• Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision
• Data Engineering, Model Deployment (CI/CD, MLOps)
• Python Programming, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Distributed Systems, Data Governance
• Strong communication & stakeholder collaboration

Good to Have :

• AI certifications (Azure/GCP/AWS)
• Experience in big data and analytics

Responsibilities:

• Research industry-related topics to develop original content ideas.
• Write clear, concise, and compelling blog posts, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and website content.
• Assist in editing and proofreading content for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and organic reach.
• Support content planning and brainstorming sessions.
• Learn and adapt to feedback to improve writing skills and output quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
• Lead all sourcing strategies
• Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors
• Implement online and offline employer branding activities
• Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
• Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
• Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters
• Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
• Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
• Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
• Good team-management abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
