Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and lead strategic performance projects, manage stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Analyzing and presenting key MIS reports for Management review
• Lead business planning for including formulation of annual, monthly and daily plans on key
• performance metrics.
• Driving the strategic initiatives of the company as per the CEO's agenda
• Studying & improvising the operation processes of the company.
• Drive business performance insights working closely with the sales, marketing, growth &analytics teams
• Create strategic value-added analyses around growth opportunities, retention levers and core
• business metrics in order to drive better decision making and results
• Conduct ongoing analysis of key business drivers, trends and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Experience as a developer with a proven track record in on-time and successful deliveries.
2. Must be highly proficient in python and its frameworks along with various databases
3. Work end to end on microservices and Serverless built on cutting edge technologies like Python (Strong practical experience preferred)
4. Strong knowledge of database & web applications.
5. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environment
6. Experience in python, Javascript and development with various other integrations like firebase.
7. Experience in client/server application development

Desired Profile:
1 . 2+ years of experience as a developer
2. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are required to articulate technical concepts to the team
3. Excellent development, and debugging skills
4. Ability to learn, act, and thrive in a fast pace environment

• Responsible for B2B Partnership & alliances across the city
• Able to implement different strategies for on-boarding new vendors across all the apartment category
• Holding in person meetings with the potential vendors and creating proposals for the same
• Setting up a reward platform via tie up with vendors
• Building good relationship with the new vendors
• Setting up a revenue model for vendor partnership

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or relevant technical field with 3+ years of experience in Design and Development
• Experience in software development and full product life-cycle.

UI/UX Developer cum designer Job Responsibilities

Designing UI for responsive websites and apps tablet and mobile

• UI developers should be adept at Javascript /AJAX / JQuery / Material Design.
• UX designers should have firsthand knowledge of Digital Advertising / dashboard designing with business requirements in mind.
• For both, UX & UI designers with experience in Ad agencies / Native Ads / IAB standards implementation would be a plus.
