Job Summary

We are looking for a .NET Trainee / Junior .NET Developer who is interested in building web applications and learning Microsoft technologies. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET.
• Write and maintain clean and basic programming code.
• Work with senior developers to understand project requirements.
• Perform testing and debugging of applications.
• Fix basic application issues and bugs.
• Participate in development, testing, and code review activities.
• Learn and follow development best practices.

Required Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in .NET development.
• Basic knowledge of ASP.NET 4.5.
• Understanding of C# and .NET Framework.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Good to Have

• Internship or academic project experience in .NET.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC.
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and Git.

Suitable Candidates

• Freshers with relevant .NET/ASP.NET knowledge
• Candidates with 0–2 years of .NET experience

Required Skills:

• ASP.NET, C# .NET, SQL, Web API

• Technically lead a team of 6-8 .NET developers
• Understands the requirement assigned for the development
• Performs the unit testing 
• Resolves bugs assigned, withing SLA time.
• Perform day to day activities of agile methodology
• Leads Daily Huddle & Scrum meeting.
• Takes responsility of CR developmet with all tasks included for it.
• Should perform code review whenever required

• Design, develop, implement, test and support new Sitecore 8.2 features defined by business project team.
• Participate in discussions with product owner to refine requirements.
• Work with the rest of the development team, helping where appropriate

• Certified senior or semi-senior Sitecore developer with 4+ years Supporting and Developing Sitecore solutions (must have)
• Senior or semi-senior MVC C# developer (must have)
• 4+ years experience with front end development: javascript, css, HTML. (must have) • Experience with personalization features and xDB with MongoDB (nice to have) • Familiar with secure coding practices - how to prevent SQL injections, Encrypted traffic, etc

- Working on Architecture and Standards team to validate designs and standards.

- Perform coding, bug verification, unit testing, and integration testing.

• You will lead or take part in the entire cycle of software consulting and delivery from ideation to deployment and everything in between
• You will act as a mentor for less-experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and leadership skills 

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• You have at least 5 years of experience with two or more development languages such as Java, C#, or Ruby
• You can skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and you are comfortable with Object-Oriented programming
• Presence in the external tech community: you proactively share your expertise with others via speaking engagements, contributions to open source, blogs and more
• Comfortability with Agile methods, such as Extreme Programming (XP), Scrum and/or Kanban
• You enjoy influencing others and always advocate for technical excellence while being open to change when needed 
• You’re willing and able to commit to travel to client sites in order to solve their business problems
• You’re resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach challenges from multiple perspectives
• Bonus points if you have working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker
