Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Lead Visual Designer – Design Systems to own the visual language, brand expression, and UI consistency across our products and platforms. This role defines how our brand shows up at scale—across interfaces, products, and touchpoints.

You will be the steward of aesthetic coherence, craft excellence, and visual scalability.

Key Responsibilities-

Visual System Ownership:

• Lead the creation and evolution of a robust visual design system
• Define typography, color systems, iconography, spacing, motion principles, and theming
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution across platforms (web, mobile, emerging surfaces)

Brand × Product Integration:

• Translate brand principles into usable, flexible UI systems
• Maintain consistency between marketing, brand, and product experiences
• Ensure the system supports localization, accessibility, and scalability

Design Craft Leadership:

• Set the bar for visual quality, polish, and attention to detail
• Conduct visual reviews and mentor designers on craft and system usage
• Push teams from “acceptable” to exceptional design quality

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with UX Design Leads to align visual expression with interaction logic
• Partner with Engineering to ensure accurate implementation of visual specs
• Contribute to design ops: documentation, governance, and contribution models

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Product Designer Profile, with good exposure to Design systems
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ YOE in Product / Visual / UI Design, with Top / large scale Products
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience translating brand principles into scalable UI systems — covering typography, color, iconography, spacing, motion, and theming.
• Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have deep expertise in creating and evolving design systems that ensure pixel-perfect execution across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
• Mandatory (Skill 2 ): Must have strong command of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy with an obsessive attention to detail and polish.
• Mandatory (Skill 3): Must have experience maintaining visual consistency between marketing, brand, and product experiences — supporting localization, accessibility, and scalability.
• Mandatory (Tools): Must have mastery of Figma, design tokens, and component-driven UI workflows.
• Mandatory (Stakeholder Mgmt): Must have strong cross-functional collaboration skills — partnering with UX Design Leads, Engineering, and distributed global stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of visual specs.
• Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have a strong portfolio of Product / UI Design works for large-scale products — showcasing detailed Design systems, Case-studies, and brand-to-product translation.
• Mandatory (Education): Must have a formal design education — degree or diploma from a recognized design school/institute.
• Preferred (Company): Experience in design-mature organizations — global tech, consumer platforms, or design-led consulting environments.

Role- Data Analyst

Experience- 2 to 5 years

Job Role-

● Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a data-heavy

environment (E-commerce or Fintech experience is a plus).

● SQL Mastery: Exceptional ability to write complex joins, window functions, Analytical

functions, and CTEs. Experience with high-scale databases (e.g., BigQuery, Hive, or

Postgres).

● Scripting: Functional knowledge of Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy)

and basic automation scripts.

● Systems Thinking: Ability to understand upstream data flows and how they impact

downstream reporting.

● Problem-Solving: A "detective" mindset—you enjoy digging into a Rs 600Cr discrepancy until you find the root cause

Looking for candidates only with tier 1 colleges OR have experience in a product-based company.

You will be designing front-end architecture with architectural guidelines in mind (secure,high-performing, scalable, extensible, flexible, simple).
● Architect, Design and develop front-end applications.

Desired Skills
● Minimum 6+ years of coding experience.
● Strong hands-on experience on React.js, MVC & related JS Frameworks.
● Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, single page applications.
● Build a highly scalable product right from scratch.
● Expertise in caching, minification, bundling techniques to improve front-end performance.
● Experience in working with AB Testing.
● Experience in using front-end monitoring tools to troubleshoot errors and recognise performance bottlenecks.
● Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and coding.
● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools(GIT, SVN), working experience with Agile methodology and fast iterative development cycles

Strong B2B Tech / SaaS Sales Profile, with a focus on Global Large Enterprises

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have minimum 8+ YOE in B2B Tech Sales for complex ERP Tech, B2B SaaS, or Tech Product Sales.

Mandatory (Experience 2) : Must have 2+ YOE in B2B SaaS Sales.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have minimum 2+ YOE in dealing with Direct Sales to Large Enterprise accounts in US Market.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have handled deal / ticket size of average 70K+ USD and 750K+ USD of Annual Target.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have experience with long sales cycles (3 to 6-months) for complex ERP solutions, consultative selling, and working with CXO-level stakeholders

Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have seen strong career growth/promotions in last 5 years, and should be a Senior Manager or above in the current role

Mandatory (Compensation): Current total compensation (Fixed + Variable) must be ₹60 LPA or above.

Job responsibilities

• Performs development, deployment, administration, management, configuration, testing, and integration tasks related to the cloud security platforms.
• Develops automated security and compliance capabilities in support of DevOps processes in a large-scale computing environment for the storage program within the firm.
• Champions a DevOps security model so that security is automated and elastic across all platforms and cultivate a cloud first mindset in transitioning workloads.
• Leverages DevOps tools to build, harden, maintain, and instrument a comprehensive security orchestration platform for infrastructure as code.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on Security engineering and 3+ years applied experience

• Understanding of one or more Public Cloud platforms( AWS/ GCP/ Azure)
• Experience with highly scalable systems, release management, software configuration, design, development, and implementation is required
• Ability to analyzing complex data systems – failure analysis / root cause analysis, developing, improving, and maintaining technical engineering documentation

• Working experience on Python or Java Selenium, POM, TestNG, Maven, Web application automation, Eggplant scriptingJIRA, Maven, Eclipse.
• Expertise in automating the manual tasks with Batch - Shell scripting, API framework development, Automation framework migration

• Exposure to the applications launched on the Linux platforms.
• The role expects overall strong exp in Web Testing, DB test, and API Test areas.
