Key Responsibilities-

As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall software development life cycle of one product. You will work and manage a cross-functional team consisting of Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, QA, SDET, Product Managers, Product Designers, Technical Project Managers, Data Scientists, etc.

• Responsible for mapping business objectives to an optimum engineering structure, including correct estimation of resource allocation.
• Responsible for key technical and product decisions. Provide direction and mentorship to the team. Set up best practices for engineering.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and help them in getting relevant inputs from the engineering team.
• Plan and track the development and release schedules, proactively assess and mitigate risks. Prepare for contingencies and provide visible leadership in crisis.
• Conduct regular 1:1s for performance feedback and lead their appraisals.
• Responsible for driving good coding practices in the team like good quality code, documentation, timely bug fixing, etc.
• Report on the status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to management.
• Create and maintain an open and transparent environment that values speed and innovation and motivates engineers to build innovative and effective systems rapidly.

• Strong Engineering Manager / Technical Leadership Profile
• Must have 9+ years of experience in software engineering with experience building complex, large-scale products
• Must have 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager / Tech Lead with people management responsibilities
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in Java (or equivalent compiled language), scripting languages, web technologies, and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Proven ability to solve large-scale technical problems and guide teams on architecture, design, quality, and best practices
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams, planning and tracking delivery, mentoring engineers, conducting performance reviews, and driving engineering excellence
• Must have strong experience working with Product Managers, UX designers, QA, and other cross-functional partners

Job Profile – Digital Marketing Executive (International Market - Paid Advertising )

Location – Indore, Work from Office Only

Package – 25000 to 35000 ( depending on the interview)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across various digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads,Instagram etc.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improved ROI.
• Create compelling ad copy and engaging visual content to attract and convert target audience.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid marketing to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital advertising innovation.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensures compliance with advertising guidelines and policies.
• Manage budgets and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements :

• Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate.
• English Communication & Marketing Skills required.
• Proven working experience of minimum 1 year in Digital Marketing.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analysis or others equivalent to them.
• Proven work experience as a Paid Marketing Expert or similar role, preferably in the Forex or Comex/ Finance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Administration:

o Manage user setup, roles, profiles, security settings, and permissions.

o Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, workflows, process builders, and validation rules.

o Perform regular data management tasks including data import, export, deduplication, and cleaning.

o Ensure platform stability and performance with regular system maintenance.

• Salesforce Development:

o Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC and AURA), and SOQL

o Develop and integrate APIs to connect Salesforce with other systems.

o Automate processes with Flow Builder, Process Builder, and custom code.

o Optimize Salesforce instance through custom development for better performance and scalability.

• System Enhancements:

o Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved data quality.

o Implement third-party apps from AppExchange as required.

o Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and ensure smooth implementation of new features.

• Must-Know React, PHP, & JS
• Good with writing clean and efficient code
• Must use WordPress coding standards
• Decent knowledge of all technologies involved with developing WordPress plugins
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop for creating pixel-perfect HTML (if needed)

• Implementing Environment solutions for projects in a dynamic corporate environment
• Communicating and collaborating with project and technical teams on Environment requirements, delivery and support
• Delivering and Maintaining Environment Management Plans, Bookings, Access Details and Schedules for Projects
• Working with Environment Team on Technical Environment Delivery Solutions
• Troubleshooting, managing and tracking Environment Incidents & Service Requests in conjunction with technical teams and external partners via the service management tool

• Experience delivering automated solutions and impl12ementation of highly scalable, highly available services.
