Business Development Associate (B2B)

Job Title: HR Trainee

Location: Pune - WFO

Employment Type: Internship

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.)
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and induction programs
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and files
• Assist in drafting HR policies, notices, and internal communication
• Support payroll and attendance management activities
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events
• Help in compliance-related documentation and audits
• Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees and escalate when necessary

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws (preferred, not mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

User Experience (UX) Design:

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.
• Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and satisfaction.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met.
• User Interface (UI) Design:Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.   
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Optimize designs for various devices and screen sizes.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.   
• Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale.

Design Process and Tools:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends and best practices.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping software.
• Apply knowledge of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.

• Develop new user-facing features

• Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
• All code should work cross platform and Responsive.
• Full-stack developers and can do both front-end and back-end development.
• Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
• Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
• Directing or performing Website updates.
• Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
• Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing team members who produce content.
• Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and participation in conferences, workshops, and groups.
• Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
• Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
• Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
• Determining user needs by analysing technical requirements.

Who qualifies?

• Proficient understanding of web markup, Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/XML/Json/APIs
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Proficient understanding of Angular and React to develop applications.
• A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development.
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools. For light weight and fast serve web pages.
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen

• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process.

• Excellent in Front-end web apps and code debugging
• Good Knowledge of node.js, express.js, Agular & React.
• Experience of WordPress websites development.
• Basic Knowledge of Ember.js & Backbone.js
• Proficient understanding mongodb& other no sql databases
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such as Gimp, Photoshop, Illustrator and CorelDRAW is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Understanding of code versioning technologies (Git, Mercurial, SVN) is required
• Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
