Requirements:
• Ideal candidate should have knowledge on new automation tools and guide others on the same.
• Experience in developing BDD and TDD automation framework.
• Hands-on experience in test automation, performance testing and API automation testing.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure) and Continuous Integration CI/CD using Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and coordination with onsite/offshore teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.
• Experience with tools, languages, and databases such as Jenkins, SQL, and Selenium.
• Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions.
• Quick learning capability for new tools and technologies.
• Designing the initial test automation architecture for applications that cross multiple platforms and
technologies.
• Analysis of test results and reporting on the quality and effectiveness of the automation testing process.

You’ll work as part of the software engineering team along with other front-end, back-end, mobile app, and QA teams & you will also closely work with the founder.
● You should be able to take ownership of a project end to end.
● Your primary focus will be to build, implement & maintain the complete back-end stack of the product.
● You will create production-grade code and will implement the solutions which run bug-free.
● Participate in product development discussions and product development road-maps.
● Collaborate with members across departments to identify and build on
improvements to products, processes, and systems.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
2 to 6 years of software development experience.
● Experience in working on application architecture design will be preferred.
● Experience in working on at least 1 or 2 projects, managing or leading the entire
tasks.
● Experience in Docker/Kubernetes, Agile methodologies & CI/CD automation process.
● Knowledge of Queueing technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, and Version control using Git.
● Experience in microservices architecture, in-memory systems like Redis and basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
● Experience in building applications processing large volumes of streaming data will be preferred.
● Experience from a middle size company or from a startup will be preferred.
● BE/MCA/MSc in Computers/Information technology with a good academic record.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for creating easy to understand, well-presented and appropriately illustrated
content for the Finxera product technical documentation.
* Responsible for updating all Finxera product related documentation including technical help
documentation related to product APIs and editing existing materials for changes in scope /
content etc.
* Create Finxera Release Notes in a timely fashion for use by customers and employees.
* Organize material and complete writing projects in a clear, concise style and maintain
multiple revisions of product documentation.
* Work closely with Product Management, Development, Customer Support and Internal
customers to review product functional specifications, QA documentation and test product
releases to fully grasp and create product feature documents.
* Excellent technical writing skills and ability to peer review technical documents for grammar,
content and style of writing.

* Adhere to all Company security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job
duties.
* Plan and execute end-to-end content development activity.
* Standardize the content across platforms.
* Revise documents and provide updates as necessary.

Performance Standards:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or communications field
* Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently within tight deadlines
* Extensive experience of technical documentation
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Experience in making challenging, complex ideas, concepts, and tasks understandable and
engaging to diverse set of stakeholders. Maybe that means you have past experience as a
technical writer, or maybe it means you come from the world of teaching, curriculum
development, scientific journalism, or some other realm.

Good to have:
* Background with banking or other finance is a plus.
* Experience documenting cloud-based enterprise software.
