Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Online Reputation Management Consultant to ensure a strong, positive online presence across key platforms including Quora, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, GlassDoor, and Reddit. The ideal candidate will drive systematic improvements in our digital reputation, collaborate with an extensive internal team, and work with external experts to enhance our brand perception month over month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Online Reputation Enhancement:
• Monitor and manage our online presence to ensure a consistently strong and positive reputation across all major social and review platforms.
• External Audit Coordination:
• Identify and engage with an external reputation consultant to conduct comprehensive monthly online reputation audits.
• Collaborate with the consultant to develop actionable strategies for systematic improvement, similar to practices used in managing Google reviews.
• Internal Collaboration & Engagement:
• Work closely with 500+ team members and their networks to plan and execute contests, games, and other events that leverage their social influence and drive positive public sentiment.
• Develop and implement initiatives that encourage employee advocacy and active participation in promoting our brand online.
• Strategic Reporting & Analysis:
• Provide regular reports on reputation metrics and campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Proactively address any negative feedback or issues that may arise, developing crisis management plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, or social media strategy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external consultants.
• A data-driven mindset with proficiency in reputation management tools and social media analytics.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to creatively engage a large network of team members and mobilize them for brand advocacy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience working in a corporate or agency setting focused on online reputation management.
• Familiarity with crisis management strategies and experience in executing large-scale employee engagement campaigns.

• Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
• Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer

We are looking for an experienced Account manager to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.

Account manager responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general, ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Senior Accountant combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate has also experience collaborating and managing a team of Accountants and Junior Accountants.

Account manager duties also include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks. CANDIDATES HAVE KNOWLEDGE UP TO FINALIZATION IN TALLY. Responsibilities ·

• Prepare tax payments
• Estimate and track tax returns
• Complete quarterly and annual tax reports
• Organize and update the company’s tax database
• Recommend tax strategies that align with business goals
• Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
• Share financial data with the accounting department
• Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits
• Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
• Liaise with internal and external auditors
• Forecast tax predictions to senior managers

Mandatory skills:

• Programming skills in Python, Robot framework, Selenium, Shell scripting
• Experience on L2/L3 protocols of VLAN/DHCP/LACP/IGMP/PPPoE.
• Should be familiar with device configuration protocols of CLI/NETCONF/SNMP.
• Experience in telecom technologies like DSLAM/GPON/G.fast/Next gen broadband technologies is highly recommended
• Knowledge on regression/performance/load/scale/stability test areas
• Hands on experience with Common industry equipment like Spirent test center/ixia/Abacus/Shenick(TeraVM)/N2X Traffic generators.
• Exposure to debug tools such as Wireshark/tcpdump.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge on software Test cycle, test plan and test case creation
• Understanding of End to end test setup topology and debugging.
• Ability to perform System level Functional and Non-functional tests.
• Familiar with Manual test life cycle
• Designing and writing test automation scripts using automation frameworks
• Exposure to CI/CD pipe line implementation and maintenance using Jenkins, Groovy scripting
• Linux skills (system configuration and administration, containers, networking experience and d) such as sockets and database management
• Good debugging skills and knowledge on various debug tools
• Bug reporting/tracking and providing logs.

  Strong knowledge in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, etc. 

 Sound Knowlegde querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SQL, etc. 

 Strong understanding creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.

     Travel Required

• Up to 50% of the time is to be spent in the region for a better understanding of the local market and to be more responsive to our stakeholders.

Design, develop and deploy .NET applications with SQL Server as the back-end. Responsible for database design, database object development, performance optimization and advanced MySQL programming.

Job Description
