• We are looking for a Full stakc Developer - Who can manage teams of Developers. Understand requirements and convert to Tech Products 
• Your Responsiblities would be 
  1. Manage Teams of Developers on Different Projects ( FrontEnd, Backend and App) 
  2. Daily Check-in with proper teams, solving/guiding  their issues and liason with Stakeholders on project status and delivery schdule 
  3. Convert / Capture requirements and Propose Archiecture, Data Flow, Database Design, API Lists involved, Pages to be developed in frontend.  
  4. Manage multiple projects  / teams of Developers

• Partner with product managers and engineers to oversee the development of a product from problem definition, concept to launch.
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the product and executive teams.
• Design mobile interfaces that are incredibly simple, elegant, and enjoyable for users.
• Work with the design and product team, give and seek feedback in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
• Collaborate directly with engineers at every stage of a product’s creation.
• Ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process.
• Up-to-date with the latest Product Designer trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process.

Basic Qualification:

• 3+ years designing excellent digital products for a cross-functional team; ideally with 2+ years focused on Mobile UX/UI
• A track record of advocacy for the customer and applying user research insights to your design
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

Skills:

• Ideally familiar with most or all of the following: Conceptual design, user research, wireframing, UI prototyping, detailed design, usability testing, and implementation.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc...)
• Excellent communication and the ability to convince stakeholders to buy into your Concepts
• An understanding of business that is equal to your understanding of product owner needs

Functional Competencies:

• Strong experience in UI, UX Design.
• Knowledge of User Research and User Interaction.
• Deliver detailed design flows and specifications, ensure product excellence throughout the product development and implementation process.

Experience: 5+ years

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and code features in the back-end as per the specifications provided by the Product and Design teams.
• Ship features in fast moving agile sprints.
• Work closely with Product Design and Product Management teams to brainstorm and chalk out details of features.
• Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion.
• Strong skills in architecting database models.
• Ability to document your code as this will be an open-core project.
• Ability to write unit, integration, and end to end tests.
• Conduct peer code review.

Must have:

• Strong understanding of Javascript and NodeJS.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming, callback, and closures.
• Experience developing applications that use queues like SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.
• Experience with AWS services like S3, EC2, etc.
• Experience with Docker.
• Should be strong in Postgres database.
• Test driven development and use of frameworks like Mocha, Cypress.
• Strong proficiency in English and writing skills.

Good to have

• Basic knowledge of CI, CD
• Intermediate knowledge in any cloud services (AWS, GCP)
• Have created GraphQL APIs or worked with the Apollo framework.
• Have built previous functionality for CRM, marketing, or customer support tools.
• Have worked in open source project previously.

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
