Job Title: Corporate Account Executive – Europe Market – B2B – EdTech

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Account Executive to expand our corporate client base in the European market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales, deep understanding of European business culture, and experience in selling EdTech or professional training solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and expand corporate accounts in Europe.
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads across key European markets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and account mapping for targeted industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers (L&D Heads, HR Directors, CXOs).
- Present and demonstrate EdTech solutions aligned with client learning and development goals.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitable and long-term partnerships.
- Cross-sell and upsell to existing accounts for revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams for smooth project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM data for all sales activities, opportunities, and pipelines.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven B2B sales experience in European markets (EdTech / corporate training background preferred).
- Strong understanding of European business culture, regulations (including GDPR), and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Target-driven with a consistent history of exceeding sales quotas.
- Multilingual ability (English required; proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Dutch is an advantage).
- Strong consultative selling skills with an ability to manage long sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel to European countries for client meetings and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years managing European corporate accounts.
- Industry experience in EdTech, e-learning, or corporate training solutions is highly desirable.
