As a Mobile Software Developer your primary objective will be to design and build mobile applications for iOS platforms while actively participating in application design discussions and decisions. You will be an integral part of the development and maintenance of numerous cutting edge mobile applications. You'll utilize your expertise and your familiarity with iOS and XCode. Additionally, experience with Agile or XP methodologies or related iterative development processes will be necessary to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. You will also utilize your knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Tools - source control (Git, SourceTree, SVN), issue tracking, and web service integration (REST, JSON and HTTP).

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build advanced applications for iOS platforms communicating with our servers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance and maintenance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Overall responsibility:
- Drafts, implements, and executes policies and procedures to facilitate a quality customer service experience.
- Establishes performance metrics for customer service representatives. Establishes service levels and requirements for the department.
- Develops and implements methods to record, assess, and analyse customer feedback.
- Develops and implements training and quality assurance programs for new hires and experienced employees.
- Identifies and recommends or acquires updates and expansions to technology, equipment, and policies that may improve customer service and retention. Acts as a liaison between the customer service department and other divisions in the company.

- Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions. Responding to escalated customer support issues.
- Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Formulating and revising customer support policies and promoting their implementation. Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends.

- Act as senior level escalation point for technical remediation of incidents and service requests.
