The Opportunity

We are looking for a React Developer who will drive the frontend architecture and development of our scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS platform.

You will:

Your Responsibilities

Frontend Development & Optimization

• Develop highly responsive, modular, and reusable React components for the OneInbox platform
• Optimize UI performance, accessibility, and usability across multiple devices and screen sizes
• Implement efficient state management using Redux, React Query, or similar libraries
• Work on real-time data visualization and ensure seamless frontend-backend communication

Component Library & Design System

• Build and maintain a scalable UI component library for consistent user experiences
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect designs
• Ensure all frontend code follows OneInbox’s design system and best practices

Security & Compliance

• Implement secure authentication and data handling patterns (OAuth, JWT, Role-Based Access Control)
• Follow secure coding practices to prevent vulnerabilities (e.g., CSRF, XSS, SQL Injection)
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and enterprise security standards in frontend development

Collaboration & Code Quality

• Work closely with backend engineers, AI researchers, and product teams to build seamless user experiences
• Perform code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure high code quality
• Contribute to technical documentation and best practices for frontend development

Performance & Scalability

• Improve frontend rendering performance for data-heavy applications
• Work on lazy loading, caching strategies, and Service/Web Workers for better efficiency
• Optimize API calls and data fetching strategies for high-traffic applications

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Deep expertise in React performance optimization for real-time applications
• Strong knowledge of Redux, React Query, Zustand, or equivalent state management tools
• Experience with component-driven UI design and modular development
• Proficiency in modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, NPM/Yarn)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and GraphQL
• Experience with frontend security best practices (e.g., CSP, JWT, OAuth)
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
• Knowledge of SSR, SSG, and Next.js is a plus
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms, especially B2B or AI-driven products

What will you do every day?

As a front-end tech lead you will be responsible for building the Haptik platform which is used by people across the globe. You will be working closely with the product, design and platform team on a day to day basis and be responsible for the look and feel of the product. While you know how to work hard, you also know how to have fun at work and make friends with your colleagues.

- Has worked with a team of FE engineers to set tech processes and standards.

- Has experience in mentoring junior engineers.

- Build, maintain and gate-keep the platform tools

- Work closely with the PM and designers to deliver high-quality features

- Work closely with the backend engineers to understand the Interkat Platform and build for scale

- High-level estimating and scoping/breaking down of tasks

- Document features to make them easily understandable to clients

- Participate in code reviews, automated and functional testing, and other aspects of our quality assurance process

- Use and promote standard good coding practices

- Fully participate in a scrum-based, agile development team

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices

- Work experience around optimizing build artifacts and performance monitoring

- Following security standards when using cookies/others to store user information etc.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience working on React.js

- Prior experience of leading/mentoring a team is a plus

- Knowledge of flux and redux

- Must have extensive experience working on Javascript, HTML, CSS, animations and UI/UX principles.

- Knowledge of backend technologies is a plus

- Good attention to detail, pixel perfect designs

- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent

- Good Communication skills

- Hustler with the passion for writing good code

Front End Developer – Angular

Front End Developer will be responsible for front end (web) development of our enterprise SaaS applications. You will work with the wireframe/UI Design and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works

Job Responsibilities:
