🎯 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 6+ months experience in recruitment, preferably with IT roles

✔️ Familiarity with tech profiles (Developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)

Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) :

1. IT Recruitment Knowledge

– Minimum 3 Months of Recruitment Experience in screening, and coordinating interviews especially in IT.

– Understanding of common IT roles (e.g., Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Analysts) and basic tech stacks (like Java, Python, .NET, AWS, etc.)

– Understanding of tech stacks, keywords, and job requirements

2. Basic Understanding of IT Roles & Technologies

– Knowing the difference between front-end, back-end, full-stack, etc.

Requirements:

·  Candidates must have substantial applicable IT experience, extensive development, programming experience in Core Java, J2ee, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Webservices using Restful, any DB (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL server).

·  Preferably the candidate must have worked in development projects and must have experience in Java / J2ee design patterns.

·  Experience in AWS, Azure will be an added advantage.

• Producing high-quality documentation. The audience is U.S based so the style of writing should be audience-specific.
• Provide QA and copy editing for content produced by writers.
• Help the team to create high-quality web pages.
• Act as the Content Manager and implement the Content Calendar / Content strategy.
• Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency.
• Speak with the Digital Marketing Manager regularly and inform of any issues.
