We are looking for a technically sound and service-oriented Tech Support Executive to join our growing team. This role involves supporting the field deployment of our smart tracking solutions, assisting clients with troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless operations across devices and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for IoT-based tracking systems and devices
• Assist with hardware installation coordination and on-site deployment
• Troubleshoot device or software issues in collaboration with the engineering team
• Maintain documentation, inventory logs, and support tickets
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams for efficient service delivery

Desired Skills & Attributes:

• Basic understanding of electronics, GPS, and IoT systems
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working on-field and off-site support (as required)

NOTE: We welcome aspiring Electronics Diploma students and fresh graduates for a 6-month hands-on internship in the domain of smart logistics and IoT-based security systems. You’ll gain real-world experience supporting the deployment, testing, and technical servicing of cutting-edge tracking solutions.

Desired Candidate:

• Bachelors or Masters degree from top college in India or abroad
• 2+ years of Experience including experience in leading and managing SEO (on page,
off page and content) and other aspects of digital marketing
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools,

URL structure) and off page (link quality, relevance, anchor text) factors
• Keyword research and competitor keyword analysis to optimize existing content and
uncover new opportunities
• Meet and over-achieve targets on keyword rankings (SERPs) and organic traffic by
working with a goal focused approach
• Identify web trends and insights, and optimize UX and performance based on the
insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests while brainstorming
new and creative growth strategies
• Continuously collaborate with Product team (tech, design & content) to create landing
pages and optimize user experience
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners for PR & print media
