Community Manager

Role of the Community Manager
-
Be the face of the Organization for all existing clients.

Be an interface between the client and any other department
for all the existing clients

They meet and greet newcomers with a welcoming smile, help them in their settling and see that an onboarding mail with all required contents and coordinates have been sent, space has been inspected with Facility a day before arrival of the client. All committed items, modification must be rechecked before arrival.

Plan, execute and oversee social events

platform, and work to make each member feel at ease.

First point of contact for any issue of an existing client

If expansion or sales related matters, transfer to sales team

If facility related issue, not only transfer but monitor resolution (In
first place, it should be able to give generic answers)

If accounts related issue, either respond bys eeking details or
ensure that the account team reach out to them

Keep meeting key officials of existing clients and ensure longevity and
enhanced client’s experience leading to customer delight

Help in creating system and process which can be replicated to other centres, use of given software in full earnest and helping in improving
the same

Finding and replicating best industry practices

- 4-6 years of proven experience as a Full stack engineer
- 2+ years of Blockchain development experience in Hyperledger Fabric, IPFS and development of smart contracts in Golang.
- Good understanding of multiple Blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric, Quorum, Ethereum etc
- Experience in Java, JavaScript Experience in developing and designing RESTful services and APIs
- Experience in Microservices architecture
- Sound knowledge on Docker and Kubernetes applications
- Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech domain is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Blockchain protocols is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile development environment is preferable
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and handling multiple projects
- Customer-first mentality, intellectual curiosity, and hunger
- Interested in learning new technologies, creative, open-minded and a great team player
- Bachelors or master’s degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science or Information Technology)
