Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise:

○ C++ coding and debugging to strengthen and optimize systems.

○ Design and architecture (HLD/LLD) to ensure scalable and robust solutions.

○ Implementing and enhancing DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD pipelines to

improve development workflows.

• Architecture & Design:

• Project Management:

○ Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance processes.

○ Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.

• Technical Leadership:

○ Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high- performance culture.

○ Provide technical direction and guidance on complex software engineering challenges

What are we looking for:

● 12–18 years in the tech industry, with 2–4 years in technical leadership or managerial roles.

● Technical Expertise: Expertise in C++ development, enterprise architecture, and scalable system design, and proficiency in performance optimization, scalability, software architecture, and networking principles. Extensive experience managing the full development lifecycle of large-scale software

products, from concept to deployment.

● Strong knowledge of STL containers, multi-threading concepts, and algorithms. Solid understanding of memory management and efficient resource utilization.

● Microservices Architecture Expertise: Experience in designing and implementing scalable, reliable microservices.

● Strong Communication & Decision-Making Skills: Ability to clearly articulate trade-offs, make informed decisions, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

● Commitment to Creating and fostering Engineering Excellence: Deep understanding of best practices, including code quality, testability, security, and release management, and passion for fostering a strong engineering culture and continuously improving developer workflows and tools.

Overall experience 6+ years and relevant at least 2+ years in Golang with Java

● Strong design and architectural experience in building various highly-scalable and

highly-available products

● Strong understanding of the SDLC Activities which include Analysis, Design, Development,

Testing, Deployment and Post-Production Support etc.

● Proficiency in at least one server side framework for languages preferably Go Lang

● Experience working on NoSQL & SQL Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB,

Redis etc

● Program at a system level and able to manage service stability

Requirements:

• Strong grasp of CS fundamentals, algorithms and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• All experience should be from good product development or e-commerce background.
• Able to take ownership of working with at least one of mobile or web app teams for complete integration with backend.
• Must have shown good stability in all your previous associations.
• Have strong backend knowledge and cloud development exposure.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring boot, Hibernate, REST API development.
• Worked with at least 1 RDBMS (Mysql preferred).
• NoSql is a plus.
• Have used or are very hands-on with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle/Ant, Kafka, GIT/bitbucket in a very agile work place.
• Writing high quality code which is made better by unit tests and integration tests is how you work.
• Comfortable with exploring proven open source tech stack like Grafana, Kibana, Jira, Prometheus, caches like Redis/Memcached, task queues like celery, to name a few.
• Knowledge of test driven development and AWS tech stack will be a good plus.
