BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive sales for our e-commerce agency in the USA market during night shifts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in business development, a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, and be willing to work during USA night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients and businesses in the USA interested in our e-commerce services and solutions.

2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize growth.

3. Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through cold outreach, networking, market research, and collaboration with marketing teams.

4. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored e-commerce solutions.

5. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our agency's e-commerce services and offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

6. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of our services.

7. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and conversion rates.

8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the e-commerce sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record in business development or sales, with experience in the e-commerce industry being a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Product Analyst (Process Excellence Team, Episource)

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables 

• Ensure timely release of features and bugs. 
• Talk to development team and ensure all roadblocks are cleared.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and undertaking the functionality testing of new system 
• Do due-diligence (or innovative workshops) with teams to identify areas of Salesforce improvement 
• Interpret business needs and translating them into the application and operational requirement with the help of strong analytical and product management skills 
• Prepare requirements and act as a liaison between development team and ops  
• Create stories in JIRA and ensure they are discussed with dev team for proper sign offs. 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and six months plan for product roadmap
• Create product roadmaps after discussing with business heads. 
• Ideate and define epics for the product and then define product functions. 
• Each feature or new product development should result in cost per chart optimization or in helping new business line       
• Work on other product lines associated with Salesforce
• Based on business need, work on other product line like retrieval, coding and HRA business on Salesforce
• Training about products and its usage to the customer
• Give proper training to end users on the product usage and its functionality
• Prepare product training manuals during roll out.

• Very strong with Oracle / mySQL specifically SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers
• Having good experience with Maven, Git, Jenkins
• Good hands-on with Spring, Spring Boot
• Very strong with Agile methodologies and strong understanding about DevOps (at least CI / CD concepts and hands-on experience with developing and managing pipelines)

Responsibilities:

• Participate and lead Business Requirements gathering, documentation of BRD and overall Solution design.
• Implementation of designed system in NetSuite and support to project team.
• Ensure the best practices implementation based on Industry standard.
• Need to be involved on Reviews, check feasibility of solution and functional fitment as per NetSuite and align customer expectations and NetSuite capabilities to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare test cases of modules implemented, validate the deliverables before Client testing and UAT.
• Follow up with Client and Support for issue resolution.
• Documenting the resolution of issues and sharing with the internal team on ongoing basis.
• Interact with the key end users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis
• Suggest process improvements based on the application capability and industry best practices
• Support all formal documentation of implementation and provide relevant functional inputs to technical team
• Contribute to the training and development of key NetSuite team.
• Support in Pre Sales, demos and estimates as an when required.
• Ensure weekly Client reporting and support to Project Management team.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, MCA, MSC, or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in NetSuite with 8 to 10 years of end-to-end in NetSuite Implementation.
• Good knowledge of all NetSuite Modules with strong understanding of functional processes
• NetSuite Foundation / ERP Consultant certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions, preferably on SaaS.

In short, we help any Freelancer, Universities, Coaching and Training institution to take their complete operations online.

We have different dashboard for Institute Admin (Owner/Director), Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Mentor/Teacher and for the student making our offerings very concrete.
