Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Lead to lead our Salesforce Health Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Health Cloud, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience working with healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for clients.

2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.

3. Design and implement data models, workflows, and integrations using Salesforce Health Cloud.

4. Lead a team of Salesforce developers and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.

5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and best practices.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Location: Onsite - Kondapur, Hyderabad

Shift: EST Hours (in IST: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content using PowerPoint

• Convert SME inputs into clear, learner-friendly instructional materials

• Create simple storyboards and visual layouts for e-learning/ILT programs

• Ensure content quality, accuracy, and consistency as per learning outcomes

• Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and internal teams for timely delivery

• Maintain basic documentation, productivity logs, and status updates

Required Skills

Qualification & Experience

• BCA, MCA and Bachelor’s/master’s in education, Literature, Journalism, Mass

Communication, Instructional Design, or related field

• Should be able to work as an individual contributor.
• Should have experience on client engagements.
• Good knowledge on Vendor reports and CSRs

Experience : 3 to 5 yrs 

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience with ReactJS, Nodejs/Express, working exposure to NoSQL, AWS and Python who will be responsible for developing and designing web applications for our company. In order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and have solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.

Responsibilities:

• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Design, develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
• Ship code quickly and iteratively every day working with large real world datasets.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Javascript (React/Angular/Vue) Preferable good experience with Nodejs, Express)
• Bachelor degree in Web development or related field, or relevant experience.
