Automation Test Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior MEAN/MERN Developer with 2 to 5 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) or MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) technology stacks, along with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MEAN or MERN stack.
• Demonstrate a strong command of data structures and algorithms to optimize application performance.
• Work extensively with MongoDB for database design and management.
• Possess basic knowledge of AWS services to support cloud infrastructure needs.
• Understand and implement microservices architecture for modular and maintainable systems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Preference will be given to candidates willing to work from our Hyderabad office location.

The successful candidate will have a detail-oriented approach, a commitment to code quality, and strong problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handling inquiries to get quotations from the vendor and closing it by generating the purchase orders.
• Coordinating and negotiating with vendors to get the most cost effective quotations.
• Procure products at negotiated rates from vendors
• Researching new prospective brands and affitating with them for new business
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
• Preparing proposals for the clients based on their respective inquiries. Utilizing excel to keep the dashboard off inquiries, quotation, purchase orders, payments & deliveries.

Responsibilities   

• Understand the high-level product roadmap for the squad and immediate features to be developed, contributing to high-level estimation and lay-out of the development sequences. Complete complex development tasks with minimal guidance  
• Constantly and actively contribute to pushing code to production with the objective of becoming a main contributor. Write testable, efficient, and reusable code suitable for continuous integration and deployment, that respects best practices and industry development standards 
• Review Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams and technical documentation, ensuring its quality. Enable best practices to help the team achieve their technical tasks and continually thrive in improving the technology of the product/team.  
• Drive the adoption of best practices & regular participation in code reviews, design reviews, architecture discussions 
• Experiment with new and relevant technologies, and tools, and drive innovation & adoption while measuring yourself on the impact you can create. 
• Implementation of long-term technology vision for your team. Responsible for the complete architecture of your product. 
• Creating architecture & designs for new solutions around existing/new areas u Decide technology & tool choices for your team & be responsible for them. 
• Be accountable for code quality with the assistance of a QA Analyst to conduct adequate testing. 
• Review and contribute to technical documentation. Contribute actively to the design of the solution, challenging other members on technical decisions. 

Skills 

• Working with other TypeScript developers and software engineers to develop Front-end and back-end architecture that’s well-structured and flexible, along with the APIs to support it. 
• Developing and implementing Back-end architecture to support user interface concepts. 
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using Node concepts. 
• Create data visualization tools, libraries, and reusable code for prospects. 
• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and back-end languages. 
• Knowledge of Backend service like AWS Services, Microservice, Serverless software. 

Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field. 
• Proficiency with TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and Back-end languages. 
• 7+ years’ experience in Node JS, Typescript, NoSQL, RDBMS, AWS Services 
• The ability to learn new technologies quickly 
• The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues.

• Co-own the financial plan of the business unit along with the business head
• Revenue governance (including client interactions for deal closures and contracting; forecasting, revenue recognition)
• Margin governance (including cost take-out initiatives, systemic and sustainable cost control, rate hikes, cost analysis)
• Working capital governance (including unbilled reduction, timely invoicing and collection, improving debt ageing and PDD)
• Commercial Structuring and Deal pricing
• MIS for the business unit including sales performance tracking and other analytics
• People management - internal stakeholder management
• Critical attributes to success would be strong communication, cadence and resilience.

Must have Skills

- CA/MBA Finance from Tier I college with 4-5 years of experience

- Proven working experience as a Business Finance Partner

- Experience with creating data models

- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process

- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, BI tools, Oracle Netsuite

Your primary role will be to drive and grow our in-house software expertise. Working with a small software team in India and the UK, you will be responsible in understanding the requirements from various internal teams and taking ownership of software development, including backend database development and any front-end applications that will be developed in the future.
