About the role:

We are building AI-driven automation across our factory and export operations. As AI Automation Lead (Operations), you will design, build, and own AI/automation workflows that connect our ERP, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and email — and roll them out across production, quality, merchandising, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

- Design and deploy automation workflows across ERP, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Drive, and email.

- Build and maintain LLM-powered agents for document processing, query handling, status updates, and reporting.

- Own the automation backlog for factory operations: production planning, dispatch tracking, sample approvals, QC, inventory, and shipping documentation.

- Integrate internal systems (ERP, PLM, messaging) via APIs, webhooks, and low-code platforms.
