Associate Finance Manager for Software Development Platform

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure successful project execution.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and changes.

• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that the project remains within financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, etc.].
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [specific industry or domain].
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Core Focus:

• Operate with a full DevOps mindset, owning the software lifecycle from development through production support.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and global team collaboration, including on-call support.

Mandatory/Strong Technical Skills (6–8+ years of relevant experience required):

• Java: 4.5 to 6.5 years experience
• AWS: Strong knowledge and working experience with Cloud technologies minimum 2 years.
• Kafka: 2 years of Strong knowledge and working experience with data integration technologies
• Databases: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB).

Other Key Technologies & Practices:

• Python, Spring Boot, and API-based system design.
• Containers/Orchestration (Kubernetes).
• CI/CD tools (Gitlab, Splunk, Datadog).
• Familiarity with Terraform and Airflow.
• Experience in Agile methodology (Jira, Confluence).

Position details

• Fully remote.
• 5 days/week (all public and government holidays will be non-working days).
• No specific work hours (we will sync over zoom over the course of the day).

Excellent skills in writing about complex technical and business subjects to a variety of audiences.

ü  Be able to think like a user and create intuitive documentation as and when needed to create succinct documentation

ü  Ability to interact with different business groups and scope documentation assignments.

Position Summary

As a Senior Sitecore developer your focus will be on delivering deep technical solutions for our clients. You will be expected to solve business problems, develop standards and practices, and interact with technical leaders. You will be building solutions based on the latest Microsoft .NET technologies as well as the Sitecore Content Management System. You will be required to accurately estimate scale and scope of work, document requirements, and communicate flawlessly with business users. You will continue to improve your technical skills and knowledge by participating in projects of various sizes and scope. You won't be working to simply solve a problem, but to solve it in a best way.

· Minimum of 2+ years of experience working on Sitecore. Knowledge of working in Sitecore on Azure and/or AWS is plus
