About the role-
• Counselling and coaching students in their entire study abroad journey from profile evaluation till the student reaches her/his destination.
• Liaising with different stakeholders within the company like application, visa teams, etc.
• Working on internal CRM tools, consultant portals, and Google Sheets for a smooth process.
• Resolving issues related to university finalizing, filing applications, etc. for the students and other team members.
• Achieving and maintaining the student's sales target.
• Any other task assigned by the Manager.
