Job Description

As a React Native Developer at Marmeto, you will play a critical role in building high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive and scalable mobile experiences. This role demands a developer with a deep understanding of mobile architecture, native modules, and modern development best practices.

Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with React Native for Android and iOS development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+ features.
• Solid understanding of React Native architecture, including Hooks, Redux/MobX, and Context API.
• Experience with native module integration (Android/iOS) and third-party libraries.
• Proficient in using React Navigation, AsyncStorage, and mobile design patterns.
• Familiarity with debugging tools like Flipper, Chrome DevTools, and React Native Debugger.
• Experience in publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Good understanding of mobile performance optimization and memory management.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces and interactions.
• Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs (REST/GraphQL) seamlessly.
• Write clean, modular, and scalable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize mobile apps for maximum performance.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in mobile development and bring innovation into the team.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Should have built solutions/applications end-to-end, not just contributed as part of a larger team.
• Should envision continuing in a deep mobile development role 5+ years down the line.
• Strong command over JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native internals.
• Experience working with Redux, React Hooks, and lifecycle methods in mobile contexts.
• Deep understanding of platform-specific limitations, capabilities, and mobile UI/UX standards.

Essential

• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g., branching, PRs).
• Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile.
• Understanding of offline storage, background sync, and performance monitoring.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of native development (Swift/Kotlin) to bridge native modules when needed.
• Exposure to tools like Figma, Sketch, or Zeplin for design collaboration.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar.

• Responsible for overall AOP target achievement.
• Responsible for leading a team involved in direct Fixed Battery\2W sales.
• Driving BTL and local sales activities through team.
• Travelling across locations to focus on opportunities for Sales and Growth.

• Delivering efficient and effective corporate governance and secretariat support and advice
• Advising and keeping the management informed about their legal responsibilities
• Maintaining statutory registers and other records as per relevant legal Act(s)
• Drafting and vetting of various legal documents and agreements for the company
• Being responsible for all regulatory compliances of the company
• Convening various meetings as per procedure in law
• Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory policies and changes that might affect the organization
• Planning and coordinating internal audits
• Handling corporate filing and managing the processes and procedures related to the same
• Preparing various reports of the company by ensuring compliance of relevant rules, laws and regulations
• Working closely with various key stakeholders and acting as a point of coordination for matters related to corporate governance
• Improving processes related to corporate governance and secretariat by identifying and working on opportunities to improve coordination and communication

• Qualified Company Secretary with relevant work experience of 3 – 5 years
• Previous experience of practical corporate compliances and also proven ability to handle independently corporate compliance of listed Company according to Listing Regulations.
• Must be active in understanding various amendments.
• Excellent knowledge Company/SEBI Law. In-depth knowledge of the industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, coordination and analytical skills.

• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java & Kotlin code
• Writing unit-tests code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Take ownership of product/features: End to end development with testing and meet the deadline
• Work closely with our product and design teams to customize the Khatbook experience for the Android platform.
• Prototype new and redesign features.
• A focus on UI design principles and making apps work intuitively.
• Contribute best-in-class programming skills to develop highly innovative, consumer-facing mobile products.
• Writing efficient android code in Java/Kotlin following MVP framework guidelines.
• Tracing and profiling android java code. Own and manage the finance technology control frameworks.

•  We are looking for a Data Engineer with 3-5 years experience in Python, SQL, AWS (EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, API Gateway), and Java.
• The applicant must be able to perform Data Mapping (data type conversion, schema harmonization) using Python, SQL, and Java.
• The applicant must be familiar with and have programmed ETL interfaces (OAUTH, REST API, ODBC) using the same languages.
