Summary :

We are seeking a skilled MDM Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Atacama or Informatica MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to define MDM strategies, ensure data quality, and drive enterprise data governance.

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data governance requirements.
• Design and support implementation of MDM solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
• Prepare BRDs, FRSs, and TDDs to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Lead data profiling, modeling, cleansing, and mapping activities.
• Ensure effective MDM performance, hierarchy management, and workflow automation.
• Support UAT by defining test cases and validating data quality.
• Act as a liaison between business, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.

✅ Required Skills :

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in MDM-focused Business Analyst roles.
• Expertise in Atacama MDM / Informatica MDM (or similar tools).
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and data governance experience.
• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

➕ Nice to Have :

• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Certifications in MDM, CBAP, PMP, or Informatica.
• Exposure to cloud MDM (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in finance, healthcare, or retail domains.

JOB LOCATION: Noida Sector 62 (On-site role)

TIMINGS: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday with First Saturday Off)

TYPE: Full Time

Compensation: INR 30,000 – 45,000* per month + Performance based incentives

EXPERIENCE: 2 to 5 years of experience in stock market sales or related financial

services.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Graduate / Post Graduate (Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred). Certifications: NISM or related market certifications preferred but not mandatory.

Role Overview

As a Senior Investment Counselor, you will be responsible for converting leads into active clients through effective communication, need analysis, and presentation of company’s research-backed stock market products. You will play a pivotal role in driving the

company’s sales targets while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Key Expectations

● Must achieve a monthly sales target equivalent to 3× - 4× of the fixed salary.

● Consistent achievement of 70% of monthly targets is mandatory to earn the fixed component.

● Demonstrate high professionalism, persistence, and performance-driven work ethics.

● Ensure quality client interactions focused on transparency and trust.

Key Responsibilities

● Engage with leads provided by the company and convert them into active clients through consultative discussions.

● Understand clients investment goals, risk appetite, and financial preferences to recommend suitable research products.

● Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

● Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.

1. Min 3 yrs of experience in Software Development
2. 2+ yrs of experience in Blockchain & Hyperledger experience is a must
3. Good experience with Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Devops, and Cloud Technologies.
4. Experience with Java / Golang / Python / Nodejs / ROR / C# or any OO Language.
5. Nice to have CHFA or CHFD certifications 

Job Description

Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

Responsibilities

Design and build applications for the iOS platform

· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

· Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features

· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

· Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation

Skills

· Proficient with Objective-C or Swift {depending on project requirements}, and Cocoa Touch

· Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.

· Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

· Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services

· Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards

· Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines

· Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred

· Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools {such as Instruments and Shark, depending on project needs}

· Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

· Knack for bench marking and optimization

· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools {such as Git, Mercurial or SVN}

· Familiarity with continuous integration

• Develop test plans alongside product designers and product engineers.
• Drive improvements to test framework architecture and test coverage.
• Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, testability, and maintainability (clean code, test pyramid).
• Track test gaps, quality, and productivity metrics. Work with other engineering teams to improve gaps from this data.
• Recommend improvements into overall best practices, design, testability and quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience of working in the Quality Engineering field
• 3+ Years of experience with UI & API test automation tools, (Selenium and etc.)
• 4+ years of experience in leading a team
• Proficient in TypeScript, Go, or a related programming language
• Experience with Continuous Integration systems (e.g., GitLab)
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
