We’re growing quickly on grounds of great customer love & are looking to add a new Retention Marketing Manager to our growth team. Your responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):
● Find key levers for growth in the user journey funnels across all channels (CRM, Digital marketing, direct, etc.) and platforms (App, Web, Mweb, etc.)
● Develop a personalization roadmap and execution plan across teams to help drive better visits/user and visit to buy conversions
● Drive initiatives to maximize LTV

- Building the marketing team for inbound marketing, content development, SEO/ SEM, design etc.
- Developing a digital marketing strategy & program. S/He will own the calendar of plans supporting the annual plan.
- Managing the day-to-day function of digital marketing, including Social Media, Digital Production, budget control, project oversight, and KPI tracking.
- Creating digital content, email campaigns, and managing SEO, paid marketing
- Also being responsible for Business Development, Product Development and Content Development.
- Providing strong analytical capabilities in the digital space, by implementing key performance measures for each digital program, evaluating the effectiveness of those programs and digital marketing overall, identifying new trends and new analytical tools in the digital space, and delivering timely campaign results and summary reports.
- Inspiring external creative and technology agencies to develop and execute campaigns that test the limits of digital media while meeting the marketing objectives.
- Being responsible for selection of management of digital marketing agencies & vendors in this space. Ensuring that the agencies are appropriately staffed, have a good understanding of our brand strategies.

What you need to have:
- At least 4 years of experience in digital /brand/ social media marketing
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics
- This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- Google Analytic 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Search console and various other user-behavioral tracking on websites and mobile apps

As a Digital Marketing - Head, you will be responsible for Handling and guiding various digital marketing activities which include but are not limited to, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Affiliated marketing etc. and also overseeing and guiding the overall digital campaign management.

Qualifications:
You are right for this role if you can think of a 100 ways to take a product to market & but also prioritise 3 & roll up your shelves to drive them.
Further, if you have real history driving growth loops, strong user adoption and great sales. If you don’t, you could yet be right if you can drive sales teams, understand growth flywheels, are itching to build one and think your current role in marketing is really restrictive.
You should love data, be both analytical & creative at the same time and should enjoy high-leverage experiments & rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- At least 2+ years of experience in high-performance product or growth marketing roles
- If not, then cross-functional experience across performance marketing, SEO & sales is a must with additional experience/exposure in product & program management
- Experience driving growth strategy, sales operations and owning a product that immediately drives the company's business objectives, growth and P/L
- Strong experience with optimizing conversion funnels and organic growth loops and working closely with design, marketing and engineering to implement high-leverage experiments
- Strong track record of hitting weekly and monthly targets.
- Good judgment and strong thought partner for the head of product and founders
- Strong understanding of growth models, strategies and tactics, including acquisition, activation, retention (engagement and stickiness) and virality
- Experience conducting user research and developing strong user understanding via many methods
