Role & Responsibilities

• Define and evaluate user workflows, journeys, and interaction flows for digital products
• Create low to mid-fidelity wireframes or prototypes purely for concept validation and usability testing
• Conduct usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation sessions with users
• Identify friction points, usability issues, and workflow gaps before product development
• Translate business and product ideas into testable concepts and scenarios
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to validate feasibility and improve workflows early in the lifecycle
• Iterate on workflows and concepts based on user feedback, testing insights, and behavioral observations
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve product experience and usability

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Usability / UX Testing and Validation Profiles
• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ YOE in product validation, usability testing, design thinking, or experience testing roles, working on digital products
• Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in designing user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows for web or mobile applications
• Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong experience in creating wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have practical experience conducting usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation with users before product release
• Mandatory (Experience 5): Experience in identifying usability issues, user friction points, and iterating designs based on feedback and testing insights
• Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking methodologies
• Mandatory (Skills 2): Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions and prototypes

Qualifications: 

● 5+ years of experience in recruiting and relevant years of experience in the

● Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus. 

● Good knowledge of candidates selection methods. 

● Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience (4 years) as an RPA Developer.

Strong experience with RPA tool such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or VBScript.

Familiarity with process analysis, design, and improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and project managers to gather requirements and understand business processes for automation.

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Analyze, optimize, and document existing business processes for automation feasibility and improvement opportunities.

Develop automation workflows, scripts, and routines that are efficient, reliable, and maintainable.

Implement error handling and exception handling mechanisms to ensure the robustness of automation solutions.

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality of the developed automation solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions.

The candidate should be good in designing. He should have accurate knowledge about graphic designing. Latest technology is must. Communication skills should be good.

• Experience range should be 2 to 6 years with 2 years of strong Flutter Development Experience.
• This is going to be and Individual Contributor role hence candidate should be able to single-handedly perform tasks, manage role/project and seek direction by him/herself.
• Strong Coding and Development exposure in Flutter.
• Azure Exposure is mandatory.
• GitHub Link is mandatory.

• Experience range should be 7 to 9 years; currently leading a team for multiple projects.
• Minimum 2 years of strong Flutter Coding & Development experience.

Skills:-

Responsibilities: -

Experience in application components using Spring Boot.

Design and develop micro services/APIs using either Java/Spring boot. · Experience working in Agile environment and good understanding of Agile processes.

Good in any front end technologies like React JS
