Job Title: Marketing Executive – International Outbound Calling (IT Services)

Shift: Night Shift (US & Canada Timings)

Summary / Objective:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to handle outbound calls to US and Canadian customers for promoting our IT services, including website development and digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, international calling experience, and a passion for lead generation and client engagement.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US and Canada to promote IT services and website development solutions.

• Identify client requirements and present suitable web and IT solutions.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international prospects and clients.

• Follow up on leads via calls and emails to convert opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and conversions.

• Provide regular reports on calling activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, international sales, marketing, or lead generation.

• Experience in IT services / website development sales will be an added advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Confident and professional communication with US & Canadian customers.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work in night shifts.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include:

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets

Job brief

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Requirements

• Portfolio of design projects (does not matter if the project is not live)
• Knowledge of Designing tools (e.g. Figma )
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills

Responsibilities:

• Writing and maintaining the automation for deployments across various cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Bring a passion to stay on top of DevOps trends, experiment, and learn new CI/CD technologies.
• Creating the Architecture Diagrams and documentation for various pieces
• Build tools and automation to improve the system's observability, availability, reliability, performance/latency, monitoring, emergency response

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a DevOps / System Engineer.
• Strong knowledge in Systems Administration & troubleshooting skills with Linux.
• Experience with CI/CD best practices and tooling, preferably Jenkins, Circle CI.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP or private cloud environments.
• Experience and understanding of modern container orchestration, Well-versed with the containerised applications (Docker, Docker-compose, Docker-swarm, Kubernetes).
• Experience in Infrastructure as code development using Terraform.
• Basic Networking knowledge VLAN, Subnet, VPC, Webserver like Nginx, Apache.
• Experience in handling different SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Mongo).
• Experience with GIT Version Control Software.
• Proficiency in any programming or scripting language such as Shell Script, Python, Golang.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment.

• AWS / Kubernetes Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect / CKA.
• Setup and management of a Kubernetes cluster, including writing Docker files.
• Experience working in and advocating for agile environments.
• Knowledge in Microservice architecture.

Job Description:

2. Experience in Redux , Bootstrap, css3, hands on third party library integration
3. Good experience in client communication - oral and written communication skills.

5. Good Understanding on Server-Client Architecture
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
