We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Learning and Development to lead, design, and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals. We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications and services. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Microsoft technologies, including .NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET, along with a good understanding of front-end technologies and database management. You will be responsible for building scalable solutions, writing clean and efficient code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust applications.

The role requires expertise in developing RESTful APIs, working with relational databases like SQL Server, and following best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment. Familiarity with modern frameworks, cloud platforms (such as Azure), and Agile methodologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

•        As a part of the DevOps team, you will be responsible for configuration, optimization, documentation, and support of the CI/CD components.

•        Creating and managing build and release pipelines with Azure DevOps and Jenkins.

•        Assist in planning and reviewing application architecture and design to promote an efficient deployment process.

•        Troubleshoot server performance issues & handle the continuous integration system.

Essential Requirements

•        Strong work experience with CI/CD implementation tools like Azure DevOps, Team city, Octopus Deploy, AWS Code Deploy, and Jenkins.

•        Experience of writing automation scripts with PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.

•        GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, and Continuous Integration (CI) system.

•        Understanding of secure DevOps practices

are looking for creative individuals with strong programming skills, who can understand complex

business and architectural problems and develop solutions. The individual will work closely with the rest

of our data engineering and data science team in implementing and managing Scalable Smart Data

Lakes, Data Ingestion Platforms, Machine Learning and NLP based Analytics Platforms, Hyper-Scale

Processing Clusters, Data Mining and Search Engines.

What You’ll Need:

• 3+ years of industry experience in creating and managing end-to-end Data Solutions, Optimal

Data Processing Pipelines and Architecture dealing with large volume, big data sets of varied

data types.

• Proficiency in Python, Linux and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of working with PySpark dataframes, Pandas dataframes for writing efficient pre-processing and other data manipulation tasks.
